FAQ about this model
What concrete does the NTO-11AQ require?
A minimum 4-inch concrete slab rated at 3,000 PSI. Anchor the columns into sound, level concrete that meets that spec.
What electrical service does the NTO-11AQ need?
220V single-phase power for the 3 HP motor. Confirm you have a 220V circuit at the install location before delivery.
How much ceiling height do I need for this lift?
The lift stands 145 inches (about 12 feet) tall overall. Plan for at least that much clearance, plus headroom for the tallest vehicle you intend to raise on the arms.
How wide a vehicle can I drive through the posts?
The columns are 118 inches apart and the drive-thru width between the posts is 108 inches. Overall width of the lift is 145 inches.
Will the NTO-11AQ work on low-clearance cars?
The arms lower to a 4.5-inch collapsed pad height, low enough to slide under most cars before lifting.
How fast does the NTO-11AQ lift?
A full rise takes about 40 seconds.
Are truck adapters included, or are they extra?
A set of heavy-duty machined steel truck adapters is included. They stack so you can reach the lift points on trucks and taller frames.
Who unloads the lift when it is delivered?
You do. The lift ships LTL freight on a 48-foot semi, the driver does not unload it, and liftgate service is not available, so you need a forklift, telehandler, tractor, or similar equipment on site. If your location cannot accept a semi, the shipment can be routed to your nearest freight terminal for pickup.
What does the warranty cover?
Triumph backs the lift with a 1-year parts warranty — parts only, no labor. Covered parts ship free by ground after phone troubleshooting; hydraulic cylinders carry a full 30-day warranty, after which a seal kit is provided, and rubber lifting pads are not covered.
