RAVAS builds weighing systems for material handling equipment — scales integrated into hand pallet jacks and electric pallet trucks, and scales that mount to a forklift as forks, as a carriage plate, or through the truck's hydraulics. The idea across the range is that a load gets weighed during a move it was already making, instead of being staged onto a floor scale. We stock 11 active RAVAS products, from the 110, 256X, 320 and 520 hand pallet jack scales through the iJack and Ergotruck2 electric trucks to the iForks-32, iCP-32 and RCS forklift scales, priced $800 to $11,550. Vovlift is an authorized RAVAS dealer.

RAVAS is a weighing equipment manufacturer whose products are built around material handling gear rather than sold as standalone scales. Every model in our catalog is a piece of equipment that lifts a pallet and reports its weight: a hand jack, a powered pallet truck, or a forklift attachment. Our active RAVAS range is 11 products spanning $800 to $11,550. That covers a manual jack with a display at the low end and a fully instrumented electric truck with wireless data capture at the top. Below, the range is broken into the four families it naturally falls into, using only the figures published on our product pages.
Four manual jacks with weighing built into the frame. The 256X is the model we publish full specifications for: 2,000 kg weighing capacity, 0.2–1 kg graduation, maximum tolerance of 0.1% of the lifted load, and a backlit LCD with 25 mm digits. Battery life is listed at 60 hours, or 40 hours with Wi-Fi enabled, and Wi-Fi is an option rather than standard. Its data sheet also lists ATEX ratings (II 2 G Ex ib IIC T4 Gb and II 2 D Ex tb [ib] IIIC T60°C Db) and a calibrated OIML class III version as an option. The 110, 320 and 520 are the other hand-jack choices in the line; ask us for the current data sheet on those before ordering.
The iJack-26 (2,600 lbs) and iJack-40 (4,000 lbs) are semi-electric pallet jacks weighing to 0.1% precision, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and the RAVAS WeightsApp for capturing readings. Both use dual butterfly controls plus a belly-button reversing switch; the iJack-40 adds a key lock, is listed at $8,650, and offers an NTEP-certified scale as an option. The Ergotruck2 is an electric pallet truck scale rated 3,300 lbs, with a maximum weighing capacity of 1,500 kg, graduation of 0.5 kg up to 500 kg and 1 kg up to 1,500 kg, 0.1% maximum tolerance, a two-color backlit LCD with 20 mm digits, a 0.75 kW drive motor, and a replaceable 24V/20Ah lithium-ion battery. It draws power from the truck battery through an inverter/regulator and consumes 12V–34mA.
iForks-32 puts the weighing system inside the forks: 2,500, 3,000 or 5,000 kg capacity, multirange graduation (1–2 kg at 2,500 and 3,000 kg, 2–5 kg at 5,000 kg), 0.1% maximum tolerance, IP65 protection, 200% mechanical overload protection, 5-digit ID-code entry, and 75 hours of battery operation per fork — no wiring into the truck. The iCP-32 is a carriage plate scale mounted between carriage and forks, rated 2,500, 5,000 or 7,000 kg (FEM 2/3/4 up to a Q. max of 7,000 kg), with 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg graduations respectively, 0.2% system tolerance, IP65/NEMA 4 protection, a RAVAS 3200 indicator, and power taken from the truck battery via a regulator.
Two hydraulic forklift scale models. We do not publish full specification tables for these, so no numbers are quoted here. Send us your truck make, model and capacity and we will supply the applicable data sheet and confirm fit before you buy.
| Family | Models | Published weighing capacity | Where the scale sits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hand pallet jack scales | 110, 256X, 320, 520 | 256X: 2,000 kg | In the jack frame |
| Electric pallet trucks | iJack-26, iJack-40, Ergotruck2 | 2,600 lbs / 4,000 lbs / 1,500 kg max | In the powered truck |
| Fork scales | iForks-32 | 2,500, 3,000 or 5,000 kg | In the forks |
| Carriage plate scale | iCP-32 | 2,500, 5,000 or 7,000 kg | Between carriage and forks |
| Hydraulic forklift scales | RCS, RCS Hy-Q-52 | Data sheet on request | Truck hydraulic system |
The decision is usually about where weighing happens in your process, not about the scale itself. If loads are made up at a bench or staging lane and moved short distances, a hand jack scale keeps cost low — the 256X's 2,000 kg capacity covers most standard pallets. If the same operator moves loads all shift, an iJack or Ergotruck2 removes the pumping and adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capture, which matters when weights have to reach a WMS or a shipping manifest rather than a clipboard.
On forklifts, iForks-32 is the least invasive option: the forks are the scale, they run on their own batteries for 75 hours per fork, and they can be moved between trucks. The iCP-32 keeps your existing forks and adds a plate between carriage and forks, which changes load center — check that against your truck's capacity plate before ordering. Where neither suits the truck, the RCS line is the hydraulic alternative.
Two numbers matter. Tolerance is the error band: 0.1% of applied load on the 256X, Ergotruck2, iForks-32 and both iJacks; 0.2% on the iCP-32, which is the trade-off for a plate that handles up to 7,000 kg. Graduation is the smallest increment displayed and it scales with capacity — the iCP-32 reads in 2 kg steps at 2,500 kg but 10 kg steps at 7,000 kg, so a high-capacity plate is the wrong choice for light, high-value loads.
If you are buying or selling goods by weight, the scale generally has to be certified for commercial use. In the US that means NTEP certification, administered by the National Conference on Weights and Measures against NIST Handbook 44, and state weights-and-measures registration. The iJack-40 lists an NTEP-certified scale as an option, and the 256X lists a calibrated OIML class III version. Tell us up front if the application is legal-for-trade — the certified configuration is not always the default one.
Vovlift is an authorized RAVAS dealer, so units arrive with factory warranty coverage and we can source RAVAS parts and route you into the RAVAS service network for calibration and repair. Freight, lead time and any required truck-side fitment differ by model — attachment products in particular depend on your carriage class and fork dimensions. Call or email with your truck details and intended load range and we will confirm the configuration before the order goes in.
