What should I do if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to info@vovlift.com We will promptly arrange for a replacement or offer compensation.

How can I place an order?

To order online, click "Add To Cart" on the product you want, then proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, and complete the checkout process.

How can I find out when my order will be shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

Once your order is processed, you will receive another email confirming shipment, including a tracking number once the package leaves our warehouse.

If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you promptly by email or phone within one business day. While we strive to keep all products listed on our website in stock, high demand can occasionally lead to items selling out quickly.

Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide for each order. It is advisable to print and save the email confirmation for your records. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to ensure prompt receipt of your order confirmation.

Is it possible to make changes to my order?

Certainly! You can modify your order at no additional cost by emailing us at info@vovlift.com with your request. If there is any price difference, we will either credit your card or send you a custom invoice to cover the difference. Please note that orders can only be modified before they are shipped.
