Mini Skid Steer Pallet Forks Built Around a Forged Frame

This collection is narrow on purpose: one attachment, priced at $750. It is a forged alloy steel frame rather than a bolt-together stamping, and the published specifications are the whole story.

Carriage barCNC-machined, multiple locking positions

The carriage bar is the part most buyers overlook. Multiple locking positions set how far apart the tines sit, so one frame handles narrow crates and wide pallets without shimming or guessing. Fork length is the other decision: shorter forks keep the load closer to the machine and are easier to work with inside a trailer or a tight yard, while longer forks support deeper loads but push the load center further out.

Mount Compatibility: Mini Loaders and Mini Excavators

Mini machine attachment interfaces are not standardized the way full-size ones are. These frames are stocked with Toro Dingo and Bobcat MT50 mounts, with additional custom mounts available. If you run a different mini loader, a different Bobcat MT model, or want a fork attachment for a mini excavator, confirm the mount before ordering — an excavator connects through a quick coupler or pin-on arrangement, not a loader mount plate, so that is a custom-mount conversation. Full-size skid loader pallet forks use a larger quick-attach plate and are a different product class; these frames are sized for mini machines.

Capacity, Training and Upkeep

Our product data lists steel thickness and dimensions but no rated load capacity for this frame, so do not assume one. In practice the limit is the machine: the rated operating capacity published in your loader's operator's manual, and how far the load center sits from the mount. OSHA 1910.178 sets training, inspection and operating requirements for powered industrial trucks — if you are handling palletized loads with forks, check that standard against your machine and application. Before each shift, look at the welds where the carriage bar meets the frame, the locking positions, and the fork heel for wear or bending.
