What Auxx Lift Builds

Auxx Lift makes powered overhead storage lifts for garages — motorized platforms and beams that raise cargo to ceiling height and hold it there so the floor stays usable. Everything on this page comes from that one product program. Our Auxx Lift catalog runs 42 active SKUs and breaks into five groups: the three lift systems themselves, 23 replacement parts, 10 accessories, 3 add-ons and 3 warranty plans, spanning $2 for small hardware to $2,389 for a complete system.

That parts depth is worth more than it sounds. A motorized lift bolted into your ceiling joists is a long-term fixture, and being able to order a single motor assembly, a Version 2 controller, a strut channel end cap or a replacement wire rope clip years after installation is the difference between a repair and a full replacement. It is also the practical reason to buy through a dealer that lists the parts individually rather than only the headline systems.

The Three Lift Families

Auxx-Lift Motorized Garage Storage Platform

The deck-style platform, and the only family that goes above 400 lbs. Model 1400 is rated at 400 lbs with 2,000 lbs cable strength; Model 1600 is rated at 600 lbs with 4,200 lbs cable strength. The platform is 2.5 inches thick and runs on dual synchronized IP44 motors with long-range wireless remote control. Safety functions include Auto High & Low Points and Auto-Stop Safety. This is the choice for spread-out bulk — totes, tires, seasonal storage — where the load sits on a deck rather than hanging from a beam.

Attic-Lift (400 lbs Garage Attic Storage Lift System)

Built to move loads through a ceiling opening into attic space rather than parking them below the ceiling. Capacity is 400 lbs, driven by dual synchronized tubular motors rated 235W with a 2.3 amp draw. Vertical travel is offered at 13 ft, 16 ft or 20 ft, and the aluminum frame adjusts to ceiling openings from 24" to 216", so it is sized to your opening at install. The deck is reinforced plywood and it runs on four hot-dipped galvanized cables.

Auxx-One

A single-item lift for awkward, one-piece loads — bikes, kayaks, Jeep hardtops, canoes. Capacity is 400 lbs on a single IP44-rated tubular motor drawing 680 watts. It uses 3/16" vinyl-coated 7x19 aircraft cable rated at 4,200 lbs tensile per cable, with a wireless remote that stores programmable high and low limits.

Choosing Between Them

Three questions usually settle it. First, is there a ceiling opening into attic space? If the goal is getting boxes into the attic, the Attic-Lift is the only family designed for it, and the 24" to 216" adjustable frame plus 13/16/20 ft travel options are what you size against. Second, is the load one object or many? A Jeep hardtop or a canoe suits the single-beam Auxx-One; a dozen totes suits the Auxx-Lift deck. Third, do you need more than 400 lbs? Only the Auxx-Lift Model 1600 does, at 600 lbs, and it carries the heavier 4,200 lbs cable rating to match.

One structural detail affects installation on every deck system: if your ceiling joists run parallel to the lift rails rather than across them, you need the Additional Hardware Kit, which supplies 2 strut channels, 8 spring nuts, 8 strut hex head bolt screws and 4 strut brackets to bridge the joists. Check joist direction before you order, not after.

Accessories, Add-Ons and Load Retention

Keeping a raised load from shifting is its own category here. The Auxx-Guard is a real hardwood retention system with two rows of slats that keeps items in place and stops them shifting or falling off the platform. Auxx-Straps 4,400 LBS ship as a 2-pack, Auxx-Hooks as a 2-pack, and there are three snap-in anchor styles — round ring, carabiner and webbing guide — for tying loads down at fixed points. Auxx-Fence, Auxx-Cover and the Auxx Rack Post round out the accessory line; check each product page for the compatibility and dimensions that apply to your system.

Structural and deck components are stocked individually too: Platform Beam, Platform Rail, Wire Deck, Alu Beam T-slot, strut channel with its cover, end cap and flat bracket, corner brackets, separate side brackets for Auxx Lift and Attic Lift, threaded rod, mesh clips, bumpers and wire rope clips.

Parts, Warranty and Ordering

Vovlift is an authorized Auxx Lift dealer, so parts and coverage come through the manufacturer's own program. Motor assemblies are stocked in both 400 lbs and 600 lbs versions — match the one your model uses. Controllers ship as Version 2. Remotes are available as a standard extra and as a multi-channel unit if you run more than one lift in the same garage. Cable extensions come in three distinct SKUs: a base version, one for the Attic-Lift and one for the Auxx-One, and they are not interchangeable, so order against your system name.

Coverage is sold as three separate 5-Year Premier plans, one each for Auxx-Lift, Attic-Lift and Auxx-One. Buy the plan that matches the system you own. One usage note that applies to all three families: these are material handling lifts for cargo, not personnel lifts — nobody rides the platform.
