Pump parts and accessories keep a pressure washer pump in service instead of on the bench. This collection carries 145 BE Power Equipment parts: seal kits, valve kits and unloaders listed against specific pump model numbers, plus polypropylene camlock couplings in 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" sizes across Types A, B, C, D, DC, DP, E and F. Prices run from $2 to $2,061. Match service kits to the model number stamped on the pump itself, not to the machine brand, and confirm both coupling type and nominal size before ordering — a Type C coupler will not mate with another coupler.

All 145 items in this collection are BE Power Equipment parts, spanning $2 to $2,061. They divide into two working groups. The first is pressure washer pump service hardware: seal kits, valve kits and unloaders listed against pump model numbers including TP2530J34, TP2530J34OIL, EZ4040G, HTC1505E345, TSS-1511, TS2021, RRA35G30E, RRV4G36D, AR42123 and ARRMV22G25D, along with kits for the RCV, RSV, RMV, RMW, LWD, ZWD, FWS and FW families. One seal kit is listed with a 15 mm seal size and compatibility with General Pump 63 series. The second group is fluid transfer hardware: polypropylene cam-and-groove couplings, commonly called camlocks, in a range of types depending on size.
These three parts fail differently, and the symptoms tell you which one to buy. Replacing the wrong one is the most common wasted purchase in pump service.
Seal kits address the water seals and packings that ride on the plungers. They wear from normal running hours, and much faster from inlet starvation, cavitation, dry running or grit in the feed water. Typical signs are water weeping from beneath the manifold, a slow loss of working pressure, or water contaminating the crankcase oil. Seal kits in this collection are listed by pump model or by seal size, such as the 15 mm kit for General Pump 63 series pumps.
Valve kits replace the inlet and discharge check valve assemblies — seats, poppets, springs and their o-rings. Worn valves usually announce themselves as pulsation at the gun, a pump that cannot reach its rated pressure even with new seals, or a knocking sound under load. A worn discharge valve also drives premature seal failure, which is why many technicians replace both sets together. The Valve Kit (TP, EZ, HTC) in this collection, for example, is listed as compatible with TP2530J34OIL, TP2530J34, EZ4040G and HTC1505E345.
Unloaders manage what happens when the trigger closes. They divert pump output back to the inlet or to a bypass loop so the pump is not deadheaded. Symptoms of a failing unloader include pressure that will not build, a spike that makes the gun hard to hold, pressure that creeps up in bypass, or a pump that heats quickly when the operator pauses. Unloaders here are listed by part number, including TP2530J34OIL and the RSV family.
Cam-and-groove couplings connect and disconnect hose without tools, using two cam arms instead of threads. The dimensional pattern comes from the US military specification MIL-C-27487, now superseded by the commercial item description A-A-59326, which is why couplings of the same nominal size from different manufacturers generally intermate. Every coupling is either a coupler (the female half with the cam arms) or an adapter (the male grooved half). Couplers mate only with adapters.
| Type | What it is | Mates with |
|---|---|---|
| A | Adapter with female threads | Couplers B, C, D |
| B | Coupler with male threads | Adapters A, E, F |
| C | Coupler with hose shank | Adapters A, E, F |
| D | Coupler with female threads | Adapters A, E, F |
| E | Adapter with hose shank | Couplers B, C, D |
| F | Adapter with male threads | Couplers B, C, D |
| DC | Dust cap | Closes adapters A, E, F |
| DP | Dust plug | Closes couplers B, C, D |
Both halves must share the same nominal size. A 1-1/2" coupler will not accept a 2" adapter, and the cam arms will not close on a mismatch. This collection lists 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" polypropylene couplings, with dust caps and plugs offered in several of those sizes.
Four mistakes account for most returns on parts like these. First, ordering by the pressure washer's brand rather than by the pump model number stamped on the pump casting — the same machine builder may fit several pump models over a production run. Second, replacing seals while leaving worn valves in place, which puts the new seals under the same pulsating load that killed the last set. Third, treating polypropylene camlocks as pressure-side fittings: polypropylene is chosen for chemical resistance, light weight and low cost in transfer, suction and chemical-handling service, not for the high-pressure discharge line of a pressure washer, which requires rated high-pressure hose and fittings. Fourth, mixing thread standards — confirm whether your equipment uses NPT or BSP before pairing a threaded Type A, B, D or F coupling to it.
Most plunger pump failures trace back to the water supply. Give the pump a clean, unrestricted feed, use an inlet filter and keep it clean, and never let the pump run dry. Long periods in bypass build heat in the recirculating water, which is what a thermal relief valve is there to dump; where work involves frequent pauses, plan the setup so the pump is not left cycling. Change crankcase oil on the pump manufacturer's stated schedule and inspect it for the milky appearance that signals water intrusion past the seals. In freezing conditions, drain or use pump antifreeze rather than relying on a heated enclosure.
On the safety side, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132 requires employers to assess workplace hazards and provide appropriate personal protective equipment, which for high-pressure water work means eye and face protection and suitable footwear and gloves. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 covers the control of hazardous energy during servicing and maintenance — relieve system pressure and isolate the power source before opening a manifold or replacing an unloader. High-pressure water can inject through skin without an obvious wound; any suspected injection injury needs immediate medical evaluation. For performance ratings, PWMA's PW101 standard defines how pressure washer pressure and flow figures are measured, which is worth knowing when comparing one machine's stated output to another's.
