What GNT Makes, and What We Stock

GNT's catalog covers the powered equipment that moves pallets inside a building and around a yard, plus a scrubber line for the floors those machines run on. Vovlift is an authorized GNT dealer, and our 36 active listings fall into six working groups: counterbalanced forklifts, narrow-aisle reach trucks, order pickers, stackers, pallet jacks, and floor washers. The practical value of that spread is a single brand and a single parts channel covering the dock, the racking aisle and the cleanup shift, rather than three separate vendor relationships.

Most of the powered range is lithium. Semi-electric and manual units exist at the low end of the price span for operations that cycle a few pallets a day rather than a few hundred.

How the Range Breaks Down

Counterbalanced forklifts

Four families. The GD Series is diesel — GD50, GD60, GD70 and GD85, rated 5,000, 6,000, 7,000 and 8,500 lbs. The GLP series is propane, running GLP 40 through GLP 85 at 4,000 to 8,500 lbs. Both share a 24 in load center, 185 in lift height and solid pneumatic tires. The GF Lithium-Powered Forklift is a four-wheel electric rated 4,000–7,000 lbs, and the GSF40Li is a 4,000 lb lithium stand-up rider on AC drive, built for operators entering and exiting the truck frequently.

Dimensionally the two engine trucks differ where it matters for tight yards: the GD Series carries a 70.8 in wheelbase, 52.9 in overall width, 157 in overall length with forks (112 in without) and 4.7 in minimum ground clearance at the mast. The GLP runs a shorter 62.9 in wheelbase, weighs 8,465 lbs in service, and brakes through a hydraulic floor pedal on 7.00-12-12PR front and 6.00-9-10PR rear tires.

Narrow-aisle reach and order picking

The GSR40-Li is a 4,000 lb lithium stand-up narrow-aisle reach truck with AC drive and an ultra-small turning radius — the rider option when aisles are tight but throughput is real. Below it sit two pedestrian-controlled reach trucks: the G33RH-Li moving-mast unit and the G33R-LI side-shift series, both lithium.

Order picking runs three lithium models — GDF22-Li, GOP22-Li and GOP10T-Li — plus the semi-electric GOP44S. The GDF22-Li uses an ergonomic standing platform with guardrails, overhead protection and emergency braking, on AC drive with an ultra-small turning radius.

Stackers

The largest group in the catalog. Straddle stackers place outrigger legs around the pallet for stability: the G44CS-Li and GB30CS-Li add side-shift, while the GB30C-Li, G28BC-Li and full-powered G40BC-Li cover the standard configurations. Fork-over models — G28BCD-LI lithium and G33S semi-electric — suit open-bottom skids and stillages. Counterbalanced walkie stackers (G33CBS-189LI, G30KCS-Li, G22CB) drop the legs entirely so the forks can reach into racking, over a lip, or onto a machine bed; you pay for that in footprint and price. The G33EA is the semi-electric straddle option.

Pallet jacks and towing

Three manual models: the standard G55, the G55S stainless steel unit at 5,500 lbs for washdown and food environments, and the G55WL with an onboard scale and printer for shipping areas that weigh at the dock. Electric walkies are the GE-Li, GPJ-LI and GP-CLI series; the G66P-Li is a 6,600 lb lithium rider for long hauls across a building. The G100Li tow tractor and GS-Li scissor lift round out the lithium catalog.

Floor washers

Four lithium scrubbers: GFC150 and GFC85 ride-on, GFC50 walk-behind, and the folding GFC13 for small or obstructed areas.

Choosing Between GNT Models

Work the decision in this order. Aisle width first — it eliminates whole families. Sub-100 in aisles push you to the GSR40-Li or a walkie reach truck; wide aisles and outdoor pads open up the GD and GLP counterbalanced trucks. Capacity second, with headroom: rate to your heaviest routine load, not your average, and remember capacity derates as lift height and load center increase. Duty cycle third. Semi-electric stackers and manual jacks are sized for intermittent use; if a machine runs a full shift, buy full-powered. Fuel last, and it is mostly decided by where the truck lives — see below.

Lithium, Engine Power, and Semi-Electric

Most of the GNT powered range is lithium. Where our data specifies it, the GSR40-Li and GSF40Li charge in 1.5 hours and are described as zero-maintenance — meaning no watering schedule and no battery room, which is the practical reason lithium displaces lead-acid indoors. Both run AC drive, as do the GF-Li forklift and GDF22-Li order picker; AC drive reduces the brush and contactor wear that drives service calls on older DC trucks.

Diesel and propane still make sense where trucks work outdoors, run consecutive shifts without a charging window, or handle 8,500 lb loads on rough surfaces. Propane can be used indoors with adequate ventilation; diesel generally cannot. Semi-electric stackers and pickers power the lift but rely on operator effort to travel — a legitimate choice for a few cycles a day, and the reason the catalog starts at $393 rather than four figures.

Ownership: Parts, Training and Freight

Vovlift is an authorized GNT dealer, so machines ship with manufacturer warranty coverage and parts are ordered through the factory channel rather than sourced grey-market. Model and serial numbers on your order let us match wear parts — forks, casters, load wheels, scrubber pads and squeegees, chargers — to the exact build.

On the compliance side, OSHA's powered industrial truck standard, 29 CFR 1910.178, requires that operators be trained, evaluated and authorized before running forklifts, stackers, order pickers and powered pallet jacks; that obligation sits with the employer regardless of which brand you buy. Budget for it alongside the equipment.

Freight varies sharply across a catalog this wide. Manual pallet jacks move as ordinary freight; counterbalanced forklifts and ride-on scrubbers ship on a truck and typically need a dock or forklift to receive.
