The NOS10000 is rated at 10,000 lbs and is built for two jobs: hands-on service work and long-term vehicle storage. Its outside-slider column design keeps the runways rigid and stable through the full travel, so cars, trucks, and SUVs sit securely whether you are working underneath or parking a second vehicle overhead. The lift reaches an 87" lift height with 81.5" of clearance under the runways, which is enough headroom to stand and work beneath a raised vehicle rather than crouch. It settles to a 5.5" lowered height, and the 36" aluminum ramps weigh only 29 lbs each, so drive-on and ramp handling stay manageable for one person. A set of drip trays is included for cleaner storage stacking.

Footprint, runway size, and what fits

Plan your bay around the full dimensions before ordering. The lift stands 99.5" tall, 123" wide, and 210.5" long without ramps — 247" long with the ramps in place. The two boxed-track drive-on runways are 204" long and 20" wide, with 109" between the columns and 94.5" of drive-thru clearance. Overall height of 99.5" plus the 87" lift height are the two numbers to check against your ceiling, since a stored vehicle sits on top of the 87" runway height. The 109" width between columns and the 204" runway length are what determine whether a given truck or SUV fits on the platform. Base plates measure 12" x 12" at 5/8" thick.

Locks, safety systems, and lift speed

Vehicles are held by manual deadbolt locks with an oversized release linkage across 14 locking positions, and all four drop together through a single-point release. Backing up the primary locks are a secondary redundant safety system and cable keepers that prevent cable run-off. The columns measure 4.75" x 4.75" and ride on 6.5" x 6.5" slide collars, and the runways are boxed tracks for added structural strength. Lifting is handled by a single hydraulic cylinder with a wire-rope system that raises the platform in about 60 seconds. A center rolling jack tray is included and accepts the optional Triumph RJ-5 5,000 lb Rolling Bridge Jack, sold separately, when you need a wheels-free axle for brake, tire, or alignment work.

Power, concrete, mobility, and delivery

The power unit runs on standard 110V single-phase power at 60 Hz, so no 220V or three-phase service is needed. The floor must be level concrete rated to at least 3,000 psi. The four-post frame is freestanding and rides on included heavy-duty poly-coated casters, so it can be repositioned inside the shop; anchor bolts are included if you prefer a permanent install. The lift ships freight on an LTL common carrier and arrives on a 48-foot semi at a shipping weight of 2,535 lbs, with freight included in the listed price. Liftgate service is not available for auto lifts, so plan to unload with a forklift, tractor, bobcat, or similar equipment, or arrange pickup at the carrier's nearest freight terminal.
