FAQ about this model
What vehicles is the NTR-24 designed for?
It is sized for heavier commercial work — light-duty trucks, shuttle buses, transit vans, RVs and fleet platforms that push past the 9,000–12,000 lb capacity of most passenger-car lifts. Total vehicle weight up to 24,000 lb.
What electrical service does the NTR-24 need?
220V single phase. No three-phase service is required. The power unit is a 4.0 kW ALU motor with a metal tank.
How tall is the lift, and do I need a high ceiling?
Overall height is 93.1" (7' 9"). To plan against your ceiling, add the height of the vehicle parked on the runways plus the working clearance you want above it.
How wide does my bay need to be for this lift?
Overall width is 150.1" and the clear span between the columns is 131.8". Overall length is 300" without approach ramps and 338.9" with them.
Will it fit my mix of vehicles?
Runway-to-runway spacing adjusts from 45.3" to 49.2", and the runways are 24" wide and 289.9" long. That envelope covers narrow-track pickups through full-size commercial vans on a single lift.
Is the rolling bridge jack included?
No. The RJ-15000 rolling bridge jack is sold separately. If you need axle-independent lifting for brake, tire or driveline work, pair the NTR-24 with one or two rolling bridge jacks — a combo with dual rolling jacks is offered as a separate SKU.
What safety devices does the NTR-24 have?
A cable break-proof device, a parachute valve and an anti-falling wheel stopper, along with 9 mechanical lock positions and a pneumatic four-cylinder air-actuated lock release.
How is the lift delivered, and do I have to unload it?
It ships by LTL common carrier on a 48' semi truck at a 6,614 lb shipping weight, and you are responsible for unloading — lift-gate service is not available at this weight. A forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck or backhoe all work; if you cannot unload on site, the lift can be routed to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup.
Is the NTR-24 certified?
The lift is CE Certified and built in factories holding ISO9001 Quality Certification.
