Product Overview
In short
The Triumph NTR-32C is a four-post drive-on auto lift rated at 32,000 lbs, sized for buses, box trucks, motorhomes, tow trucks and Class 5–8 fleet work. It runs on 220-volt single-phase service and raises to a maximum lifting height of 70.8 inches across 9 lock positions.

What the NTR-32C is built to lift

The NTR-32C is rated at 32,000 lbs, which puts it in the class of lift used for buses, box trucks, motorhomes, dual-rear-wheel pickups, tow trucks, fire apparatus and general Class 5–8 commercial work. Three numbers set the working envelope: the 32,000-lb rating, the 295.2-inch runway length, and the adjustable 48.75 to 52.7 inch spacing between runways. Width between columns is 139.2 inches, which is what decides whether a wide cab or a dual-rear-wheel truck clears the uprights on the way in. Before ordering, confirm the heaviest vehicle you plan to raise sits comfortably under the rating rather than at it, and that the runway length covers your longest wheelbase end to end. Adjustable runway spacing means you are not stuck living with one fixed track width across a mixed fleet.

Runways, ramps and the lock system

The platform is flat, with diamond-plate runways and integrated approach ramps. Each runway is 24 inches wide and 295.2 inches long, and the deck sits at a 9-inch minimum runway height, so a long-wheelbase vehicle rolls up the ramps and onto the deck in a single pass. Maximum lifting height is 70.8 inches, which is standing room under most of what this lift is meant to hold rather than crouching room. There are 9 lock positions, so the vehicle can be staged at the height that suits the job instead of taking whatever the top of travel gives you. Lock release is pneumatic through four air cylinders, one at every column, so all four locks disengage in unison rather than one corner at a time. Safety hardware listed by the supplier includes a cable break-proof device, parachute valve and anti-falling wheel stopper.

Power and bay requirements

Power is 220-volt single-phase service driving a 4.0 kW ALU motor with a metal hydraulic tank. Confirm that service is present at the bay before the lift arrives, since it is the requirement most likely to hold up an installation. For space, work from three dimensions. Overall height is 93.1 inches, so the ceiling has to clear that plus the tallest vehicle you intend to raise. The footprint is 344.6 inches long with the approach ramps in place, 305.5 inches without them, and 168.7 inches wide. Lay that out in the bay with safe walk-around clearance on all sides before committing to the purchase. Runway spacing is adjustable between 48.75 and 52.7 inches after installation, but the overall footprint and column positions are not, so measure once against the real bay rather than the nominal one.

Freight, unloading and what is not included

The lift ships LTL freight on a 48-foot semi-truck at a shipping weight of 9,037 lbs, crated to 301 x 30 x 43 inches. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility: the driver does not unload it, and lift-gate delivery is not available for an auto lift of this size and weight. It cannot be moved by hand, so plan on a forklift, skid-steer, tractor, tow truck or backhoe rated for the full 9,037 lbs. If that equipment is not available on site, the shipment can be routed to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van. Scheduling the delivery appointment with the freight carrier is also on the buyer. Note that the RJ5000 rolling bridge jack is a separate accessory and is not included in the lift price.

Key features

  • 32,000 lb rated capacity — covers buses, box trucks, motorhomes, tow trucks, fire apparatus and Class 5–8 fleet vehicles

  • Adjustable runway spacing 48.75 in – 52.7 in — fits narrow-track and wide-track commercial vehicles without a fixed compromise
  • 295.2 in runway length — long-wheelbase vehicles sit fully supported end to end
  • 4.0 kW ALU power unit with metal hydraulic tank — runs on 220-volt single-phase shop service
  • Flat diamond-plate platform with integrated approach ramps, cable break-proof device, parachute valve and anti-falling wheel stopper

FAQ about this model

Will the NTR-32C lift a full-size bus or commercial truck?
Yes. The 32,000-lb capacity covers most buses, box trucks, motorhomes and Class 5–8 commercial vehicles, provided the vehicle's GVW is comfortably under the rated capacity and the lift footprint fits your bay.

What electrical service does the NTR-32C need?
220-volt single-phase service, driving the 4.0 kW ALU power unit with a metal hydraulic tank. Confirm your shop's service before installation.

How much ceiling height do I need?
Overall height of the lift is 93.1 inches. Your ceiling has to clear that plus the height of the tallest vehicle you plan to raise, so measure both together rather than the lift alone.

How much floor space does it take up?
The footprint is 344.6 inches long with the approach ramps installed and 168.7 inches wide. Without the approach ramps the overall length is 305.5 inches. Allow safe walk-around clearance beyond those dimensions.

How long are the runways and will my vehicle fit?
Runways are 295.2 inches long and 24 inches wide, with adjustable spacing between them from 48.75 to 52.7 inches. That spacing range is what accommodates both narrow-track and wide-track commercial vehicles.

How many lock positions does it have?
Nine. Lock release is pneumatic with four air cylinders, one per column, so all four locks disengage in unison rather than one corner at a time.

Is a rolling bridge jack included?
No. The RJ5000 jack is a separate optional accessory and is not included in the lift price. Contact us for the correct accessory match for this lift class.

Can I unload the lift myself when it arrives?
Not by hand. Shipping weight is 9,037 lbs and lift-gate service is not available for an auto lift this size, so plan on a forklift, skid-steer, tractor, tow truck or backhoe. If none is available, the shipment can be routed to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for trailer pickup.

What does the warranty cover?
Triumph lifts carry a 1-year parts warranty with no labor coverage; covered replacement parts ship free by ground. Rubber lifting pads are excluded, and hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty followed by a seal kit after that.
