Built for Continuous, High-Duty-Cycle Use

Patented Silent Air intake silencer reduces intake noise — the loudest part of compressor operation — for sound levels up to 50% quieter than a comparable open-intake unit, while staying fully serviceable.

Pressure-lubricated, 100% cast-iron pump with rifle-drilled crankshaft and rods, a spin-on oil filter, and an adjustable oil-pressure regulator for consistent lubrication under load.

Cast-iron cylinder heads with serviceable disc valves, four-ring cast-iron high-pressure pistons, and rebuildable connecting rods with replaceable bearing inserts.

20-inch cast-iron flywheel with dual B-style belts and cooling fins to manage amp draw and heat.

Continuous-run head unloaders, recommended for duty cycles of 40% or higher, keep the motor running instead of cycling on and off.

Dual-bolt belt tensioner and pump-mount riser simplify maintenance and improve airflow around the pump.
