Engineered for Quiet, Long-Duty Operation

Patented Silent Air intake silencer with noise-reducing baffle plates and high-capacity filtration brings operating sound to at or below conversational volume, while leaving the pump open for easy service.

Pressure-lubricated, cast-iron pump uses a gear-driven oil pump, rifle-drilled crankshaft and connecting rods, a spin-on automotive-style oil filter, and an adjustable regulator with a liquid-filled gauge — supporting an estimated 70,000-hour pump life.

Cast-iron crankcase, cylinders, cylinder heads, high-pressure piston, connecting rods, and crankshaft (no aluminum sleeves), with CNC-machined cylinders and deep cooling fins for heat management under high-duty-cycle work.

Four-ring high-pressure piston with replaceable bearing inserts and wrist pins makes the rod assembly rebuildable; the low-pressure piston is aluminum, suited to its lower working pressure.

CNC-machined concentric-ring (disc) valves allow quick inspection and replacement without extended downtime.

16-inch cast-iron flywheel with two B-groove belts lowers amp draw and reduces belt tension and vibration compared with a single-belt setup.

Power and Installation

This compressor runs on 230V single-phase power (±10%) and draws 26.45 full-load amps, with 135 locked-rotor amps at startup; a 40-amp breaker is recommended. It uses a fixed start type and does not include a magnetic starter, so motor protection should be planned to match your installation and local electrical code. The tank is ASME-coded, the unit is ETL listed and CRN registered, and it includes vibration isolator pads. Duty cycle is rated at 60%; an automatic head unloader can be added to the valves for continuous-run use.
