What EKKO builds, and what we carry

EKKO is a material handling manufacturer whose range spans the full height ladder of a warehouse: walk-behind pallet handling at floor level, narrow-aisle trucks that work 15 to 23 feet up, counterbalance forklifts for docks and yards, and self-propelled scissor lifts for overhead access work. Our active catalog of 134 EKKO items covers all four. By product type we stock forklifts, straddle stackers, pallet stackers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, pallet trucks and a scissor lift line, with list prices running from $418 to $59,849. That span is the useful thing to understand about the brand: the same nameplate covers a manual pallet truck and a 16,250 lb propane forklift, so "an EKKO quote" can mean very different freight, training and service commitments depending on which family you land in.

Counterbalance forklifts: reading the model numbers

The EK-series is the largest family we stock, and its naming is consistent enough to shop by. The number after EK tracks capacity in our catalog — EK20 at roughly 4,000 lbs, EK50 at 10,000 lbs — while the letters that follow indicate power and tire package. D is diesel, LP and TLP are propane, and LI or -Li marks a lithium-ion electric truck. Here is how our range lays out:

Tire choice usually decides the shortlist before power does. Models listed with solid pneumatic tires — the EK25D, EK35TLP, EK40T-Li and their siblings — are built for yards, gravel, dock aprons and mixed indoor-outdoor duty. Models with pattern cushion tires, such as the EK25SLP, EK30SLP and the 10,000 lb EK50LP, sit lower and turn tighter on finished concrete. Lift heights across the counterbalance line cluster at 185 and 189 inches, so the differentiator between models is rarely reach; it is capacity, fuel and footprint.

Narrow-aisle: reach trucks, stand-up riders and order pickers

Where the EK counterbalance trucks need aisle width, the 18-series and ER-series are built to give it back. The stand-up EK18RR is the tallest truck in our EKKO catalog at 275 inches of lift with a 4,000 lb capacity, 24-inch load center and a lowered mast height of 96.42 inches; the EK18RRL is the same capacity at 196 inches. The EK18RF and EK18RFL are stand-up rider forklifts rated 4,000 lbs at 216 and 189 inches respectively, with the EK18RF running a 48V system. Below those, the lithium walkie reach trucks ER15-189Li and ER15-216Li carry 3,300 lbs to 189 and 216 inches for operations that do not need a rider platform. The EOP70 order picker takes a different job entirely — 2,200 lbs to 196 inches for piece picking rather than pallet moves. Under all of it sits the pallet-level equipment: EKKO pallet jacks, electric pallet trucks, pallet stackers and straddle stackers, which is where the $418 end of the price span lives.

ES-series scissor lifts

The ES line is EKKO's electric aerial work platform range, and we stock it in four heights with a paired battery choice at each: ES60E-LI at 19 feet, ES80E and ES80E-LI at 26.2 feet, ES100E and ES100E-LI at 32.8 feet, and ES120E and ES120E-LI at 39 feet. The plain E models and the -LI lithium models share the same platform heights, so the decision is charging and duty cycle rather than reach. These are slab scissor lifts for indoor and firm-surface work — maintenance, racking installs, lighting and MEP work. The ANSI/SAIA A92.22 standard covers safe use of mobile elevating work platforms in the US, and it puts responsibility for operator training and a written safe-use program on the employer.

Ownership: parts, freight and site fit

Vovlift is an authorized EKKO dealer, so warranty registration, parts orders and service questions go through the manufacturer's channel rather than a gray-market path — worth confirming before you compare our quote to an unnamed marketplace listing. Freight is the other line item buyers underestimate. A machine's service weight is on its spec table for a reason: the EK40D and EK40TLP list at 11,519 lbs and the EK50LP at 16,250 lbs, which means flatbed or lowboy delivery and a plan for unloading, while pallet jacks and stackers move as ordinary LTL freight. Check two dimensions against your building before ordering: overall width (the EK50LP is 55.9 inches, the EK18RR 54.72 inches) against your aisles, and lowered mast height (86.2 inches on the EK40D) against your lowest door. Finally, OSHA requires employers to train, evaluate and certify powered industrial truck operators under 29 CFR 1910.178 before they operate any of this equipment, and that obligation applies to the buyer, not the dealer.
