Can it be used outdoors as well as indoors?

Yes, but the ratings change outdoors. Indoors it is rated for two workers; outdoors the limit is one. Maximum allowable wind speed is 12.5 m/s outdoors and 0 m/s indoors, and maximum allowable lateral force is 400 N indoors versus 200 N outdoors. Gradeability is 30 percent. How does it drive and steer in tight spaces?

Drive and lift use proportional control from the platform. Travel speed is 0-3.2 km/h stowed and 0-0.8 km/h with the platform raised. The two front wheels drive and the two rear wheels brake, on 15x5-inch tires with a 72.83-inch wheelbase. Inside turning radius is 0 inches and outside turning radius is 86.61 inches, so it pivots within a narrow aisle.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
