That means the load's center of gravity should sit no more than 24 in from the fork face; loads that carry their weight farther forward will effectively derate the truck. Maximum lifting height is 177 in. The specifications list a single capacity figure and do not include a residual capacity chart by height.

What are the lift height and lowered height?

Maximum lift height is 177 in, and lowered mast height is 82.3 in. The 82.3 in figure is the travel height, so check it against your lowest doorway, trailer opening or mezzanine clearance before ordering. Reach distance is 19.7 in, which is how far the carriage extends forward to set a pallet into rack without moving the truck.

Will it fit my aisles?

Overall width is 32.3 in across the body and 59.1 in across the legs, overall length is 86.6 in, and turning radius is 63.4 in. The specifications describe the truck as narrow aisle capable but do not state a minimum right-angle stacking aisle, so measure your own aisles against these dimensions and your pallet size.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
