The M25N is rated for 5,500 lb. at a 23.6 in. load center. That rating assumes the load sits centered on the forks and is evenly distributed across them. Weigh your heaviest pallet and compare it to 5,500 lb. before ordering. Loads whose weight sits farther out than the 23.6 in. load center are not covered by the rating.

What are the fork dimensions, and will they fit my pallets?

The forks are 48 in. long with an overall fork width of 20.5 in., and they travel from a lowered height of 3 in. to a maximum height of 7.5 in. Compare those four figures against your pallets: the entry openings must accept a 3 in. fork, and the openings must line up within the 20.5 in. overall width.

What power or electrical supply does it need?

None. This is a manual pallet truck: you raise the forks with a hydraulic hand pump built into the handle, and you push or pull the truck by hand to move the load. There is no battery, charger, or electrical hookup to plan for, so no charging area is required. The operator supplies all travel effort.

How much room does it need to work in?

The truck is 65 in. long overall and has a minimum turning radius of 52.1 in. Use the 52.1 in. figure when checking aisle widths, turns at the end of racking runs, and space inside trailers or containers. The 65 in. overall length matters most for straight-line clearance behind the load, since the operator walks behind the handle.

What are the wheels made of, and what floors suit them?

The wheels are polyurethane. The steering wheel measures 7.1 in. in diameter by 2 in. wide, and the single load-bearing wheel measures 2.9 in. in diameter by 3.7 in. Polyurethane rolls well on smooth, hard indoor surfaces such as finished concrete. On broken pavement, gravel, or gaps in dock plates it will roll harder and transmit more shock.

Who is this truck a good fit for, and who should look at something else?

It suits indoor dock, warehouse, and stockroom work where pallets move short distances on level, smooth floors. The truck weighs 144 lb. empty, so one person can reposition it unloaded. It is not suited to operations needing powered travel, long hauls across a facility, lifting above 7.5 in., or rough outdoor ground.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
