Warranty

Ballymore Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Ballymore warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Vovlift is an authorized Ballymore dealer, and all units are covered by the full factory warranty.

What's covered

  • Defects in material and workmanship under normal use
  • At Ballymore's discretion, the defective product or part will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

What's not covered

  • Damage from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow the operating manual
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-approved parts
  • Damage from abnormal environmental or electrical conditions
  • Installation by unauthorized parties
  • Labor for removal or installation of parts, and any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits)

How to make a claim

  • Submit written notice within 15 days of discovering the issue
  • Keep the product intact and available for inspection
  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item

FAQ

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).

In total, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that larger equipment, oversized items, or specialized products may require additional handling and transit time.

How do I place an order?

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
