Controls and Drive

EMAX's Smart Air PLC lets you set pressure manually or remotely, schedule timed start/stop by day of the week, and track oil pressure, oil temperature, running hours, and tank pressure. It displays a Hertz readout, flags maintenance alarms for filter and oil changes, and connects over Wi-Fi or ethernet. Up to 50 Smart Air units can be networked over a single ethernet cable to synchronize and run on demand as shop air needs grow. Power is transmitted through a multi-belt V-belt drive (2 belts) that spreads load across wider B- and C-width belts, and a split-bar radiator with a circulating fan cools the compressor oil and discharge air.
