EOSLift Limited Warranty (Policy W2015-001), Electric & Semi-Electric Equipment — EOSLift USA Corporation warrants this product to the original purchaser: 24 months on frame, transmission (gearbox/shaft), weldments, traction motor, SBW motor/decoder and wheel controller; 12 months on lift motor, hydraulic pump, SBW sensor, built-in chargers and wiring harness; 6 months on transistor controls, control cables, tires, motor brushes, contact tips, switches and bearings; batteries and chargers 180–360 days (first 90 days unconditional, then pro-rata). The first 90 days are unconditional against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty covers parts only (labor and travel excluded) and is void under abnormal use, unauthorized repair or modification, abuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, improper installation or transport damage. How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).

In total, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that larger equipment, oversized items, or specialized products may require additional handling and transit time.

What is your return policy?
Vovlift accepts returns within 60 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

What if my product is damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@vovlift.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

How do I place an order?
To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. 

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
