Total load capacity is 22,000 lbs (10,000 kg), rated at 11,000 lbs (5,000 kg) per side. That total assumes the load is distributed evenly across both sides, so a single side should not be taken past its own 11,000 lb rating even when the opposite side is empty. Two heavy-duty steel crossbars link the A-frame sections for torsional rigidity.
What are the dimensions and how much floor space does it need?
The frame is 100 inches (254 cm) long, 40 inches (101.6 cm) wide at the base and 60 inches (152.4 cm) high. Check those figures against your aisle widths, door openings and ceiling clearance, and allow additional room beyond the 100-inch length for slabs that overhang the frame and for forklift access when repositioning.
Does it require power or hydraulics?
No. This is a static steel A-frame with no electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic components, so there is nothing to wire, plug in or charge. Slabs are loaded and unloaded with your existing lifting equipment, and the frame itself is built with a robust base for safe relocation by standard forklift.
What keeps slabs from slipping or being damaged?
Two protection systems. Integrated hardwood timber blocks at the base shield slab edges from impact, and high-friction, non-marking rubber strips on the frame surfaces resist slippage and prevent surface abrasion. The A-frame geometry, approximately 80 degrees from vertical, leans slabs back so they rest against the frame instead of balancing upright.
