Triumph builds automotive and truck shop equipment for professional service bays, storage garages and tire operations. This collection carries 58 Triumph products, from two-post and four-post auto lifts to double-stacker storage lifts, rolling bridge jacks, heavy-duty truck tire changers and wheel balancers. Rated capacities run from 5,000 lb per vehicle on stacker runways up to the 50,000 lb NTR-50 four-post. Prices span $275 to $58,850. Use this page to match lift type, capacity and site clearance to your bay, and compare tire changer and balancer combos by rim size.

View full detailsThe first decision is lift type, because it drives everything from foundation to workflow. Two-post lifts such as the Triumph NT-16 and NTO-20S grab the vehicle by its frame or pinch-weld points, leaving wheels and underbody fully open for brake, suspension and exhaust work. Four-post lifts like the NTR-24 and NTR-32C support the vehicle on runways, which is faster for drive-on service, alignment and long-term storage but leaves the wheels loaded. Match the choice to what you do most: hands-on repair favors two-post, while storage and quick service favor four-post.
Capacity comes next, and it is the number buyers most often get wrong. Rated capacity must exceed the gross weight of the heaviest vehicle you plan to lift, not its curb weight. In this collection, two-post options include the NT-11 at 11,000 lb, NTO-13A at 13,000 lb, NTO-15Q at 15,000 lb and NTO-20S at 20,000 lb, while four-post capacities reach the NTR-50 at 50,000 lb. On four-post lifts, confirm both the total rating and how weight distributes across the runways.
Overhead clearance decides which lift fits. The Triumph NTR-50 has an overall height of 92" and a maximum lifting height of 70", while the NTR-24 stands 93.1" overall. Add the tallest vehicle plus working room above it, then compare against your ceiling and any obstructions like lights or door tracks. Two-post and in-ground style lifts require an engineered concrete slab; the concrete thickness, cure and reinforcement should meet the manufacturer's installation instructions before anchoring.
Footprint matters for four-post and storage lifts. The NTR-32C runs 305.5" long without approach ramps and 344.6" with them, at 139.2" between columns. Measure your bay against overall length with ramps, drive-through width and the width between runways so the vehicle track fits and doors still clear. For low-ceiling storage, the NSS-5x2 double-stacker reaches 147" overall height with 65.5" of clearance under the top runway.
Four-post storage lifts multiply parking in a fixed footprint. The Triumph NSS-5x2 stacks two vehicles, rated 5,000 lb per vehicle and 10,000 lb combined, with a 143" top runway and 71" middle runway. Models like the NOS9000, NOS10000 and USA8000 serve dual duty for service and storage. When planning a stacker, verify the height of both vehicles, the drive-through width for loading, and that your slab and ceiling accommodate the stacked configuration.
For commercial tire shops, Triumph offers heavy-duty truck tire changers and balancer combos. The NTC-650 handles a maximum tire diameter of 63", while the NTC-690 with robotic arm reaches a 90" maximum tire diameter, a 14–56" rim clamping distance and 42" maximum wheel width, running on 220V. Combo listings pair changers with NTB-series electronic balancers such as the NTB-1200. Match the changer's clamping range and tire diameter to the largest wheels you service, and confirm your shop air supply meets the 120 PSI maximum inflation pressure noted in the specs.
Vehicle lifts are covered by ANSI/ALI ALCTV, the standard for automotive lift construction, testing and validation, and ANSI/ALI ALOIM addresses lift operation, inspection and maintenance. Follow the manufacturer's load rating and adapter instructions on every lift. OSHA general industry rules under 29 CFR 1910 apply to the shop environment, including walking-working surfaces and machine guarding. Build a routine inspection habit: check cables, chains, locks, hydraulic lines and anchor bolts, and keep the lift's daily and periodic inspection schedule per ANSI/ALI ALOIM. Never exceed rated capacity, and center loads on the runways or arms.
