The IMER Range We Carry

IMER builds compact construction equipment; our product data lists Italy as the country of origin. The 156 active items we stock are organized around four families: aerial lifts, concrete placement and pumping, plaster and mortar pumping with mixing, and tracked material movers. The thread running through all four is footprint. These are machines sized to pass a gate or a doorway, cross a finished floor or a soft yard on rubber tracks, and then set up and work in a space that will not accept a boom truck or a wheeled telehandler.

That is the honest way to frame IMER against a larger North American brand. You are trading raw capacity and dealer density for access, weight and setup flexibility. If your work is renovation, interior fit-out, facade and atrium access, restoration on constrained sites, or concrete placement where a pump truck cannot reach, the comparison usually favors this kind of equipment. If you are running open new-construction ground with clear access, a conventional boom or telehandler may serve you better.

Aerial Lifts: Spider Booms and Scissor Lifts

The lift range covers two distinct approaches. The IM R spider lifts are tracked, outrigger-stabilized booms that fold to a narrow transit width and level themselves on uneven or sloped ground. The IM series scissor lifts give you a full-size working deck and straight vertical travel, and are split between slab machines and rough terrain models.

Below those sit the slab scissor lifts — IM 4746, IM 4740, IM 3540, IM 3534, IM 3224, IM 3219 and the narrow IM 3116 UL and IM 3113 UL — plus 49 ft and 42 ft telescopic and articulated tracked lifts (1128759 and 1128728). Choosing between the groups is mostly a question of what is under the machine and what you need to reach past. Spider lifts handle slopes, steps and point loading through automatic leveling outriggers, and the IM R 23 offers up to 39 ft of horizontal outreach with proportional controls and diagnostics. Scissor lifts give you deck area and material capacity instead: the IM 8756 RT platforms extend to 22 ft 4 in with the manual deck extension.

Mobile elevating work platforms sold in the US are designed to the ANSI A92.20 standard published by the Scaffold and Access Industry Association, and OSHA requires employers to train operators on the specific machine before use.

Concrete Placement, Pumping and Mixing

The Gerris 800 is a self-propelled crawler concrete placement boom offered in gas and lithium versions; our listed specification for the lithium unit is 5,512 lb at 32 by 193 by 80 inches, freight class 92.5. It places concrete on sites where a truck-mounted boom has no access. For line pumping, the Booster 20 is a 28 HP diesel piston pump with an S-valve, and 1106427 is a hydraulic-control Booster.

For finishing trades the split is by material. The Prestige 300 is a 24 HP Yanmar rotor/stator pump for plaster and grout, with the Silent 300 Prestige as the quieter spraying version. Step-Up 120 covers lighter spray and grout work in single-phase 220V/3 HP towable form or three-phase, and the Koine 3.1 and Koine 35 are continuous-cycle spray and mixing pumps at 4.5 and 5 HP single phase. Mixing is handled separately: our catalog includes vertical shaft, 360 vertical shaft, horizontal and towable mortar mixers, including the 1194648 22 cubic foot towable vertical shaft mixer with a 13 HP Honda GX engine.

Tracked Dumpers, Buggies and Mini Loaders

The Tracker and Carry line moves material where a wheeled buggy would bog down or a skid steer would not fit. Rated operating loads run from 1,329 lb on the 5108001 mini track dumper and 1,543 lb on the Carry 107, up to the Tracker 1624 tracked concrete buggy at 2,205 lb, the Tracker 2833 at 3,307 lb and the Tracker 4150 at 5,070 lb. The two larger Trackers dump through a 180 degree swivel, which matters when you cannot turn the machine around at the discharge point. A swiveling bucket and self-loading shovel attachment (5230002) is available, and the SL 3730 open cabin mini loader covers loading duty.

Machine listings carry SKU and part numbers, and where the data exists we publish weight, crated dimensions and freight class so you can price transport before you commit. Larger units such as the Gerris 800 and the RT scissor lifts ship by flatbed or dedicated LTL rather than parcel; smaller pumps, mixers and accessories ship conventionally.
