FAQ about this model
How much can the EB18C-118Li lift, and to what height?
It lifts 4000 lbs to a maximum lift height of 118 in, rated at a 24 in load center. That load center is the assumption behind the capacity figure — a load whose center of gravity sits farther from the fork face reduces what the stacker can safely handle. Lifting is driven by a 3000 watt motor, with a 750 watt drive motor.
Will it fit through my doors and aisles?
Max width is 61 in and overall length is 76.18 in, with a 62.83 in turning radius. Lowered mast height is 89.17 in, which is the figure to check against doorways and low headers when the unit is moved. At full lift the mast extends to 166.93 in, so the working area needs at least that much overhead clearance.
What forks and leg widths does it have?
Forks are 45.3 in long, 3.94 in wide each, and adjust to an overall width of 8.7–32 in. Lowered fork height is 2.56 in, so entry is limited to pallets and stands with openings above that. The legs adjust from 39.76 in to 55.55 in to suit different load footprints. Measure your pallets against these ranges before ordering.
What power supply does it need, and is a charger included?
It runs on a 24V/90Ah lithium battery and includes a 24V/30A charger. Both the 3000 watt lifting motor and the 750 watt driving motor are fed from that onboard battery, so no external hydraulic or compressed air supply is involved. Confirm you have an electrical outlet matched to the supplied charger where the unit will be parked.
How is it operated and maintained?
It is a walk-behind counterbalanced stacker — the operator walks with the unit rather than riding it. Routine upkeep centers on charging the lithium battery with the included charger and inspecting the polyurethane wheels and the steel, robotically welded frame and mast. OSHA requires that operators of powered industrial trucks be trained and evaluated before they use equipment of this type.
Who is this stacker suited to, and who should look elsewhere?
It suits indoor operations lifting palletized loads up to 4000 lbs to heights up to 118 in, such as warehouse racking and staging work. Service weight is 2360 lbs, so verify floor, mezzanine and dock plate ratings first. The polyurethane wheels are intended for smooth indoor surfaces, not broken outdoor yards, and there is no rider platform.
