What is the load capacity, and at what load center?

3300 lbs at a 23.6 in load center. The load center is the distance from the fork face to the center of gravity of the load, so the rating assumes weight sitting no farther out than 23.6 in. Check your heaviest pallet against both figures, not the 3300 lb number alone, since a load carried farther forward reduces what the truck can handle safely.

What size are the forks, and will they fit my pallets?

Fork size is listed as 1.97 / 5.91 / 45 in — thickness, width of each fork, and length. Measure your pallet openings against the 5.91 in fork width and confirm the 45 in length suits the pallets you move. Overall fork spread and outside width are not published in this specification sheet, so confirm those separately if your pallets have unusually narrow entry openings.

What battery does it use, and what does charging involve?

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
