FAQ about this model
How much weight can it lift, and how high?
It handles up to 440 lbs at a maximum lift height of 177 in. That capacity covers everything on the platform, so total your picked cases, totes, and any container and keep the sum under 440 lbs. If your picks routinely run heavier than that, or you need to reach above 177 in, this model is undersized for the job.
Will it fit through my doorways and aisles?
The unit is 33.46 in wide, 51.18 in long, and 78.54 in tall lowered, with a 53.46 in wheelbase and 37.8 in track width. Measure your narrowest door opening and tightest turn against those figures. Also check overhead clearance, since the 177 in lift height needs open ceiling above the raised platform.
What power supply does it need?
It runs on a 12 V / 120 Ah battery, so it needs no fixed electrical connection at the pick face. The lift motor is rated at 1.6 kW. You will need a charging point where the unit is parked between shifts. The specifications do not list charger type, charge time, or run time per charge, so confirm those before planning around a full shift.
What floors and environments is it suited to?
Polyurethane wheels make this an indoor machine for smooth, level surfaces such as sealed concrete. PU is not intended for broken asphalt, gravel, or outdoor yards. Service weight is 925 lbs empty, so verify that any mezzanine, freight elevator, or dock plate on the route carries that figure plus the load being picked.
Who is this order picker for, and who should look elsewhere?
It suits case and piece picking from racking up to 177 in, with the operator standing on the platform and selecting stock by hand. The 440 lbs rating and semi-electric power unit put it below pallet-handling work, so it does not replace a forklift. OSHA requires operator training for powered industrial trucks under 29 CFR 1910.178.
What warranty and routine upkeep should I expect?
The unit carries a 3-year limited warranty. Specific coverage terms, wear-item exclusions, and any registration requirement come from the warranty document rather than the spec sheet, so read it before the machine goes into service. Day-to-day care is straightforward: keep the polyurethane wheels clear of debris and keep the 12 V battery charged.
