The load center figure matters as much as the weight: if your pallet's center of gravity sits farther than 24 in from the fork face, the usable capacity drops below 6,000 lbs. Check your heaviest and deepest load against both numbers.

Will it fit through my doors, aisles, and overhead clearance?

Overall width is 48.2 in and lowered mast height is 86.2 in, so compare those to your narrowest opening and lowest overhead obstruction. Length is 148 in with forks and 106 in without, on a 66.9 in wheelbase. Minimum outside turning radius is 96.2 in, which is the figure to use when checking aisle width for right-angle stacking.

How is it powered?

It is a lithium-powered electric forklift running an 80/280Ah lithium battery, with an InMotion controller managing drive. Being electric, it produces no engine exhaust at the truck. The specifications do not state charging time, charger type, or the electrical service the charger requires, so confirm those details before planning a charging location.

Can it work outdoors or only inside?

It rides on solid pneumatic tires, which handle paved yards, docks, and compacted surfaces as well as indoor floors. Ground clearance at the mast is only 4.7 in, so broken pavement, steep ramp transitions, and unimproved ground are outside its range. Travel speed is 9.3 mph both laden and unladen.

Who is this forklift not suited to?

Service weight is 9,788 lbs before any load, so it is not appropriate for mezzanines, upper floors, or trailer decks that have not been rated for that weight plus the load. The 96.2 in turning radius also rules out true narrow-aisle racking. OSHA requires that powered industrial trucks be operated only by trained and authorized operators.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
