Vestil Aluminum Walk Ramps (AWR)

Portable Aluminum Loading Ramps for Hand Carts, Delivery Carts, and Truck Access Aluminum Walk Ramps provide a safe, efficient solution for loading and unloading trucks when a loading dock is unavailable. Designed for delivery personnel, warehouse operations, shipping departments, and mobile service applications, these lightweight yet durable ramps create a smooth transition between ground level and truck beds. Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy with a non-skid tread surface, they offer excellent traction while remaining easy to transport, position, and store.

TYPE A | TYPE B Key Features & Benefits Available in overlapping lip and steel hook mounting styles, these truck access ramps accommodate a wide range of vehicle and loading configurations. Heavy-duty safety chains with grab hooks secure the ramp to the truck during use, while integrated side curbs help keep carts and personnel safely on the ramp surface. Multiple lengths, widths, and capacity ratings support both two-wheel hand trucks and four-wheel carts, allowing users to select the ideal ramp for their application.

The corrosion-resistant aluminum construction delivers long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Applications These portable loading ramps are ideal for package delivery services, retail receiving areas, warehouses, moving operations, municipalities, and industrial facilities. They improve productivity by enabling safe cart movement between trucks and ground level while reducing manual lifting and material handling strain.

Configurations & Safety Options A broad selection of ramp lengths, capacities, and mounting styles is available to match varying truck heights and loading requirements. Models can be ordered with factory-installed handrails or upgraded with bolt-on handrail kits for additional operator confidence and pedestrian safety. FAQ about this model

What sizes are available in the Vestil Aluminum Walk Ramp line?

The AWR line has 76 models with two width options, 28 inches and 38 inches, and lengths ranging from 72 inches up to 192 inches. Both hook-style and overlap-style versions are offered in each width, so you can match the ramp length and width to your dock or platform opening.

What is the price range for these ramps?

Pricing across the 76 AWR models runs from $431.62 up to $2,745.63, depending on length, width, and whether rails are included. Shorter, narrower ramps like the 72" x 28" hook-style start well under $600, while longer 192" ramps and rail-equipped versions cost more.

Are rails included with the ramp, or sold separately?

It depends on the model. Some AWR ramps come as ramp-only, while others are sold pre-fitted with rails (marked "W/RAIL" in the model name). Separate rail retrofit kits are also available in 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, and 16 foot lengths for adding rails to an existing ramp.

What material are these ramps made of, and where are they manufactured?

They are aluminum walk ramps manufactured in the USA by Vestil Manufacturing. Aluminum construction keeps the ramp lighter than steel alternatives while still forming a rigid walking surface.

What warranty comes with the Vestil Aluminum Walk Ramp?

Vestil backs the AWR line with a 1-Year Limited warranty. This applies to all 76 models in the series regardless of length or width chosen.
