Vovlift's Cleaners & Washers collection covers 153 commercial cleaning machines and parts — cold water and hot water pressure washers, gas soft wash units, truck-mount systems, and the valves, fittings and accessory kits that keep them running. Brands are BE Power Equipment (143 items), Makinex (5), GNT (4) and IMER (1), priced from $1 for small parts such as mini ball valves up to $11,024 for a complete machine. Compare by pressure, flow, power source and site access below, and use the buying guide under the grid to see how cleaning units, hot water and soft wash equipment actually differ.

This collection holds 153 active items, and they fall into four practical groups. Cold water gas pressure washers cover most general-duty work. Hot water units add a burner for grease and oily soils, in both engine-driven and electric-motor versions. Gas soft wash units trade pressure for volume and chemistry. Finally, support parts keep the machines in service: full port ball valves from 1/4 in. through 2 in., mini ball valves in 1/4 in. and 3/8 in., a 36 in. pressure washer accessory kit, a thermostat with inner probe, a 12 in. heavy-duty wheel with spacer, a plastic filter cap and 4 oz. soot remover. BE Power Equipment accounts for 143 of the listings, with Makinex at 5, GNT at 4 and IMER at 1.
Start with what you are removing, not with the pressure number. Cold water machines clean by mechanical force alone and handle dirt, mud, sediment and general grime well. Examples here include the B5024HEBAS at 5,100 PSI and 5.5 GPM and the B4213HABAS at 4,200 PSI and 4.2 GPM.
Hot water adds thermal energy, which is what actually breaks down grease, oil, fats and road film instead of just pushing them around. The HW4415PA runs 4,400 PSI at 4.2 GPM from a Powerease 420cc engine with electric start and a 55AH AGM marine battery, driving a CP triplex pump with ceramic-coated plungers and a 12V Beckett diesel burner. The electric 67HD-3 delivers 3,000 PSI at 5.0 GPM through a General Triplex TS2021 pump with an electronic-ignition burner rated for natural gas or LP.
Soft wash is the opposite approach. The SW1165HC2 and SW1165HEC2 run 300 PSI at 11.0 GPM through a commercial Comet diaphragm pump with chemical-resistant wet parts, turning a Honda engine at 3,500 RPM while the pump turns at 550 RPM. The product data lists these for delicate surfaces such as roofs and wood structures, where high pressure would drive water into the substrate or strip the finish.
Cleaning units, or CU, is the standard shorthand for pressure multiplied by flow. Buyers searching for cleaning units are usually trying to compare machines that look different on a spec sheet. Two units from this collection show why it matters: the B5024HEBAS at 5,100 PSI and 5.5 GPM works out to 28,050 cleaning units, while the truck-mount B3528HETBGS at 3,500 PSI and 8.5 GPM works out to 29,750. The lower-pressure machine is the more productive one on broad surfaces because it moves substantially more water per minute.
Pressure gives you bite on stubborn spots. Flow gives you rinse speed and area coverage. Match the balance to the job, then confirm your water supply can actually sustain the rated GPM, because a starved pump cavitates and fails early. The Cleaning Equipment Trade Association (CETA) runs a voluntary performance certification program for pressure washer ratings, which is worth knowing about when you are comparing spec claims across brands.
Engine-driven machines go anywhere and need no service upgrade. This collection includes units built around Honda GX200 and GX390 engines and the Powerease 420cc, plus Honda-powered soft wash units. The tradeoff is exhaust and noise.
Electric units are quieter and produce no engine exhaust at the machine, but they need real power. The 67HD-3 is three-phase at 208V–230V drawing 35–34A with a 10 HP Baldor motor at 1,750 RPM. The 67HD-3-460 version runs the same 3,000 PSI and 5.0 GPM on 460V at 15A. The B2775E3AHE is a 7.5 HP electric at 2,700 PSI and 3.5 GPM. If your building lacks three-phase service, the electrical work can cost more than the washer, so verify phase, voltage and breaker capacity before you buy.
Fleet and transportation work rewards flow and mobility over peak pressure. Trailer sides, chassis and equipment decks are large, mostly flat, and often covered in road film rather than baked-on deposits. The truck-mount B3528HETBGS at 3,500 PSI and 8.5 GPM and the B3213HTBAS at 3,200 PSI and 5.5 GPM are built to travel with the crew rather than sit in a bay. Hot water earns its cost quickly on diesel soot and oily undercarriages; the 4 oz. soot remover in this collection targets the same soils. Keep pressure moderate around decals, seals, wiring and door gaskets, and let detergent dwell instead of raising the nozzle pressure.
Shoppers looking for a walk behind pressure washer, a riding pressure washer or pallet washers for sale are usually after flat-surface productivity or a wash line. Two different things get called the same name. A rotary surface cleaner is an attachment that spins bars of nozzles under a shroud so you clean a wide swath at even standoff distance instead of wand-striping the slab. Self-propelled and ride-on machines add a drive system for very large areas. The Makinex DPW-4000-0A-HU-50 dual pressure washer covers the first case: a Honda GX390 engine, an adjustable 1,000 to 4,000 PSI range, a 24 in. (610 mm) rotary, a 32 ft 9 in. (10 m) hose and a 236 lb (107 kg) net weight. This collection does not include ride-on units or automated pallet wash lines, so contact us if that is what your operation needs.
Discharge is the compliance issue most first-time buyers underestimate. Under the EPA's Clean Water Act NPDES stormwater program, wash water carrying detergent, oil or sediment is generally not permitted to enter storm drains, which run untreated to surface water. Plan for containment, sanitary sewer discharge with your local authority's approval, or a reclaim system before you build a wash pad.
Two safety items matter on every site. OSHA warns against running fuel-powered equipment in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces because of carbon monoxide, which applies to every engine-driven and burner-equipped machine here. And high-pressure water can inject through skin; treat any such wound as a surgical emergency, not a scrape. Beyond that, routine service is simple and decides how long a pump lasts: change pump oil on schedule, keep the inlet filter clean, replace worn nozzles when pressure drops at constant RPM, and winterize with antifreeze if the machine stores unheated.
