Product Overview

In short

The EKKO EP20JLIC is an electric walkie pallet jack powered by a 48V lithium-ion (LiFePO4) battery, built for medium and large volume loading and off-loading tasks. It offers a 4400 lb load capacity with a lifting height of 7.48 in, making it suited for frequent pallet handling in warehouse and distribution environments. Ergonomic controls and a compact walkie design allow for maneuverability in tighter aisles.

Designed for warehouse, dock area, stockroom or production floor applications, the EKKO EP20JLIC Lithium Walkie Pallet Jack is a low maintenance, high efficiency and space saving electric pallet truck. The unit runs on a 48 V lithium ion battery that provides a smooth and continuous power source during both lift and drive modes of operation. The battery also makes the pallet jack lighter than other options on the market and easier to maneuver. With a 4,400 lb load capacity, the ergonomic design of the walkie handle, as well as the durable steel construction make the pallet jack ideal for use on the majority of your material handling applications within your facility. The pallet jack features polyurethane wheels which provide better traction and control when traveling, as well as an electromagnetic brake to help you come to a stop safely. Additionally, the onboard charger will reduce your down time due to lack of charge and the long lasting battery will help to minimize the need for frequent replacement. The pallet jack's pin wheel turn capabilities allow you to navigate through tight aisles, and the 3 year limited warranty will give you the peace of mind to operate your pallet jack for years to come, providing you with reliable service in a fast paced industrial environment.

FAQ about this model

What load capacity does the EP20JLIC handle, and at what load center?

It's rated for 4400 lbs at a 23.6 inch load center. If your pallets are heavier or the load center is longer, actual lifting capacity will be lower than the rated figure, so check your load dimensions against this spec before ordering.

How much aisle space do I need to operate this pallet jack?

The turning radius is 57.5 inches. Aisle width needed is 88.9 inches for pallets loaded crossways (39.37 x 47.24 in) and 83.9 inches for pallets loaded lengthways (31.5 x 47.24 in). Measure your narrowest aisle against these figures before buying.

What battery does it use and how heavy is it?

It runs on a 48V LiFePO4 lithium-ion battery rated at 20 Ah, weighing 21.1 lbs (±5%). The drive motor is 0.75 kW and the lift motor is 0.8 kW, with a DC control system.

Will the forks fit my pallets, and how low do they go?

Fork size is 2.24/6.3/45.28 inches (thickness/width/length combined dimensions), with 27 inch fork width overall. Lowered fork height is 2.95 inches and max lift height is 7.48 inches, so check your pallet's entry opening and deck height against these numbers.

How fast does it move and what grade can it climb?

Driving speed is 2.6 km/h loaded and 2.8 km/h unloaded. Maximum gradeability is 0.24 in/s loaded and 0.39 in/s unloaded. It's a walkie-type unit, so the operator walks alongside rather than riding.

How much does the unit weigh, and is there a warranty?

Service weight with battery installed is 359 lbs. The unit comes with a 3 year limited warranty. At 359 lbs plus load, confirm your dock plates or floor loading can support the combined weight during operation.
