This is a strong, heavy duty tool which can withstand great weights and is exceedingly robust. Easy to read display and easy to use. The load indicator is provided with LCD display which can tare as well as show either the gross or the net load.

Light weight, compact and ergonomic design. Ideal for difficult conditions: access or sloping ground. It can be used in conjunction with shackles and hooks.

Automatic stand-by for a prolonged battery life time. Suitable for operation in ambient temperatures of 14 degrees through 104 degrees F. Also see Crane Scales.

What does a digital load indicator do?

It displays the weight of a suspended load on a digital readout while the load is rigged. The unit is placed in the lifting line between the lifting device and the load, so an operator can confirm actual weight instead of estimating it. Vestil offers this DLI line in six capacity ratings.

What capacities are available?

Six models cover rated capacities from 500 lb up to 14,000 lb. The lineup is DLI-05 at 500 lb, DLI-1 at 1,000 lb, DLI-2 at 2,000 lb, DLI-4 at 4,000 lb, DLI-7 at 7,000 lb, and DLI-14 at 14,000 lb. There is no model above 14,000 lb in this series.

How do I choose the right model for my loads?

Pick the model whose rated capacity is at or above the heaviest load you intend to weigh. The capacity steps are wide — 2,000 lb, then 4,000 lb, then 7,000 lb — so many buyers end up on the next size up rather than an exact match. If your heaviest load exceeds 14,000 lb, this series will not cover it.

What do the different models cost?

Prices run from $571.64 for the DLI-05 to $762.21 for the DLI-14. In between, the DLI-1 is $581.90, the DLI-2 is $591.20, the DLI-4 is $641.66, and the DLI-7 is $701.35. Price rises with rated capacity, so buying more capacity than you need does add cost.

Where are they made, and what warranty applies?

They are made in the USA by Vestil Manufacturing and carry a 1-year limited warranty. The same warranty applies across all six DLI models. Our published specifications do not detail what the limited warranty covers or how claims are handled, so request the written warranty terms if that detail matters to your purchase.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).

In total, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that larger equipment, oversized items, or specialized products may require additional handling and transit time.
