FAQ about this model

What capacity range do these self-dumping hoppers cover?

Capacity ranges from 2,000 lb to 6,000 lb depending on the model. The lineup includes 100 available models in sizes such as .33 CU YD and .50 CU YD, with LD (2K) and MD (4K) weight classes shown in the specs. Check the specific model number for its rated capacity before ordering.

How do the different models vary besides capacity?

Models differ mainly in cube size (.33 CU YD or .50 CU YD), load rating (2K or 4K noted in the model codes), and color finish. Same body style is used across variants, so the choice mostly comes down to how much material you need to hold per cycle and your capacity requirement.

How is the hopper emptied?

This is the bumper-release version of the D Style self-dumping hopper, meaning it dumps when the release mechanism contacts a bumper or stop, tipping the hopper to empty its contents. It's designed to be maneuvered and tipped mechanically rather than by hand.

Where is this equipment made and what's the price range?

These hoppers are Made in USA by Vestil Manufacturing. Pricing across the 100 available models ranges from $838.09 to $3,036.21, varying by cube size, capacity class, and color option.

What warranty comes with this hopper?

Vestil covers these self-dumping hoppers with a 1-Year Limited warranty. Refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation for full terms and coverage details.

Can I get this hopper in a specific color?
