Product Description

The foundation-free crane mounts directly to your floor, stabilizing with an overhead ceiling or support structure, making it ideal for retrofitting existing workspaces. It reduces handling time and transfer time as it moves materials right from the station to the assembly line, or passes the materials directly to a piece of machinery, through 360° rotation and a 2-ton capacity.

No Foundation, Space-Saving Construction

This pillar-mounted model does not require concrete for foundation like traditional crane jib. It employs a dual-mount arrangement that bolts securely to the floor using heavy-duty mounting plates while being stabilized overhead, so it can maintain stability without installing invasive hardware. For facilities with workflow changes that require floor modifications, the Twist comes to the rescue, saving both time and cost. The crane’s 8’–20’ span range accommodates different layouts, from small-scale workshops to large production floors.

360 Degree Rotation & Precision Control

With a full 360° rotation, the crane allows users to slide loads with ease upon workstations. Optional rotation stops allow you to limit the swing arc to prevent collisions in tight areas. Combined with seamless trolley movement along the I-beam, this element contributes to accurate placing of heavy assemblies, instruments, or materials ensuring the ultimate safety and efficiency.

This jib crane is made from industrial-grade steel material to withstand rigorous daily use. There are end stops on the trolley track to prevent overtravel, while Grade 5 mounting bolts (sold separately) provide secure connection to floors and overhead supports with vibration resistance. • Installation: Using 7/8” Grade 5 bolts (not included), attach the base plate to the floor, and the top plate to an overhead structure.
• PLUMB: ensure the pillar is plumb for rotation.
• Test: Prior to usage, ensure stability and test range of rotation.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

How do I place an order?

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
