What platform sizes are available?
Three deck sizes are offered: 36"×36", 36"×48", and 48"×48". Each size is available in several configurations, so measure both your working footprint and the aisle or doorway the platform has to pass through before choosing. Across all sizes and options there are 35 models in the range, including accessories.
What is the difference between the standard and caster-equipped models?
Caster models add wheels so the platform can be rolled between work areas, and carry a "-CA" suffix. For example, WP-4848 is the standard 48"×48" steel platform at $890.78, while WP-4848-CA is the same size with casters at $972.37. Casters are available on every deck size and can be combined with the other options.
What does the dual door entry option do?
Dual door entry gives the platform two gated entry points instead of one, and is identified by the "-DD" suffix. It is useful when the platform is positioned so a single fixed entry would face a wall, rack, or machine. It is available on all three deck sizes and can be ordered together with casters or the 84" back.
What is the 84" back height option?
The 84" back raises the rear guard panel of the platform and is available two ways. It can be ordered built in on models with the "-84B" suffix, such as WP-3636-84B at $849.23, or added to an existing platform as a separate part: WP-36W-84-B for 36"-wide platforms at $235.95, or WP-48W-84-B for 48"-wide platforms at $237.91.
Are a harness and stop button included with the platform?
No, harnesses and stop buttons are ordered separately. Harnesses with lanyard are listed in S, M, L, and XL at $186.38 each, and in 2XL and 3XL at $229.04. Stop button options are the WP-SB-FTJB fork truck stop button box at $176.10, the WP-SB-WPJB platform stop button box at $211.13, and the WP-SB stop button at $386.19. OSHA requires fall protection when employees are elevated on a forklift-mounted platform.
What do these platforms cost, and what is the warranty?
Prices run from $176.10 to $1,163.76 across the 35 models, with accessories at the low end and fully optioned 48"×48" platforms at the top. A bare steel platform starts at $777.54 for the 36"×36" WP-3636. All models are made in the USA by Vestil Manufacturing and carry a 1-year limited warranty.
