The track driven platform provides superior performance in confined spaces and provides both stability and maneuverability. The 1128770 IM R 19 EVO has a proven battery powered electric drive system and an ergonomic control system and brings together the qualities of performance, precision and adaptability required by construction, maintenance, and facilities management personnel.

How high and how far does the IM R 19 EVO reach?

It has a maximum working height of 62 ft and a maximum platform height of 56 ft. Maximum horizontal outreach is 32 ft, and that figure is load dependent, so usable outreach decreases as the load in the platform increases. The boom is both articulated and telescopic, so you can work over obstacles as well as straight out to the side.

Can this lift be used indoors?

Yes. It is all-electric and battery powered, so there is no engine exhaust at the work site, which makes it workable inside occupied buildings, atriums, warehouses and other noise- or emission-sensitive areas. The tracked chassis has hydraulic track width adjustment, so the machine can be narrowed for travel through restricted access and widened again once it is in position.

How does the machine set up on site?

It sets up on automatic leveling outriggers, so the operator deploys and levels the machine from the controls instead of adjusting each leg manually. The controls are proportional with diagnostic feedback, giving progressive boom movement and status information on the machine's condition. Track width is hydraulically adjustable, so the footprint can be narrowed for access and widened for setup.

The platform is supplied with air, water and AC power. That lets you run pneumatic tools, a water line and corded electric tools from the basket rather than running hoses and extension cords up from ground level. It suits trades such as painting, glazing, sign installation, cleaning and building maintenance, where tools are needed continuously at height.

The lift uses load and tip sensors, an overload sensor, a load cell and tip detection.
