Product Overview
In short
The All Lift Cranes FH2-Series is a heavy duty foundationless jib crane rated for 1 ton capacity, offered in HUB heights from 10 to 16 feet and spans from 8 to 16 feet across 19 model configurations. It's built by All Lift Cranes, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer in Appleton, Wisconsin, USA, and backed by a 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

The All Lift Cranes FH2-Series Heavy Duty Foundationless Jib Crane delivers 1 ton of lifting capacity in a configuration built to match your workspace. Choose from HUB heights of 10, 12, 14, or 16 feet and spans of 8, 10, 12, 14, or 16 feet, giving you 19 distinct model options to fit the footprint and reach your application requires.

As a foundationless design, the FH2-Series installs directly onto an existing 6 inch reinforced concrete slab using epoxy anchor bolts, eliminating the need for a dedicated crane foundation. This makes it a practical option for facilities looking to add jib crane coverage without the cost and downtime of new foundation work.

Every FH2-Series crane is manufactured by All Lift Cranes, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer based in Appleton, Wisconsin, USA, and is covered by a 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship, with replacement parts shipped free FOB job site. The crane is designed to pair with standard hoists, including CM, R&M, and Yale.

FAQ about this model

How much weight can the FH2-Series jib crane lift?

Every model in the FH2-Series is rated at 1 ton capacity. That rating applies across all 20 configurations, from the FH2108 with an 8 ft span up to the FH21616 with a 16 ft span, so choosing a longer boom does not change the rated capacity. Size the crane against your heaviest load, including the weight of the hoist and rigging.

What hub heights and spans are available?

Hub heights of 10, 12, 14 and 16 ft are offered, with spans of 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 ft. The 10, 12 and 14 ft hub heights are available in all five spans. The 16 ft hub height begins at a 10 ft span and runs through 16 ft, so there is no 16 ft hub with an 8 ft span.

How much does the crane weigh?

Weights range from 1,109 lbs for the FH2108 to 2,862 lbs for the FH21616. Within a single hub height, weight rises with span: the 12 ft hub models go from 1,166 lbs at an 8 ft span to 2,119 lbs at a 16 ft span. Use the figure for your exact model when planning floor loading, freight handling and installation equipment.

What does foundationless mean for installation?

It means the crane is built to mount to an existing floor rather than to a separately poured crane foundation. The specifications published here list model, hub height, span and weight only — they do not include anchor patterns, base dimensions or slab thickness requirements. Have your floor evaluated by a qualified engineer against the weight and loads of the model you select.

How do I choose the right model for my work area?

Work from the two dimensions listed: hub height and span. Hub height corresponds to the mast height of the unit and should be checked against your available overhead clearance and the lift height you need. Span sets how far the boom reaches from the mast, so measure the working radius you want to cover, then pick the smallest span that reaches it.

What does this crane cost?

Pricing starts at $5,019. That is the entry point for the series, and the figure for any specific unit depends on which of the 20 hub height and span combinations you order. The data published on this page covers model, hub height, span and weight only, so confirm the price for your exact model before placing an order.
