FAQ about this model

What is the maximum load capacity of the EB14C-138Li?

The load capacity is 3000 lbs. This is rated at a 20-inch load center, so if your pallets are heavier or the load center is longer, actual safe capacity may be lower. Check your load center distance against the 20-inch spec before ordering.

How high can this stacker lift a pallet?

Max lifting height is 138 in (11.5 ft), with an extended mast height of 166.9 in. Lowered mast height is 94.2 in, and lowered fork height is 2.6 in, so factor in the extended mast clearance if you have low ceilings or door frames.

Will it fit through standard doorways and narrow aisles?

Overall length is 73.7 in and max overall width is 61 in, with a turning radius of 57.5 in. The adjustable legs range from 35.4 to 51.2 in, letting you narrow the base for tighter spaces, though the 61 in width still needs checking against your aisle clearances.

What power source does it use and how is it charged?

It runs on a 24V/50Ah lithium battery with a built-in 24V/20 charger. No separate charging station is required since the charger is internal to the unit.

Can the forks be adjusted for different pallet types?

Yes, fork width adjusts from 8.7 to 32.1 in, and each fork is 4 in wide with a 45.3 in fork length. This range covers most standard pallet configurations, but measure your specific pallet stringers to confirm fit.

How much does the unit itself weigh, separate from the load?

Service weight is 1470 lbs. This is useful for checking freight elevator or flooring load limits at your facility before delivery.
