What is the rated capacity of the PT050 push trolley?

It is rated for 5 tons, or 10,000 lbs. That rating applies to the total weight carried by the trolley — the hoist, rigging, and the load together — not the load alone, so add those up before you buy. The beam it runs on must also be rated for the same combined load.

How is the trolley moved along the beam?

By hand. The PT050 is a manual push trolley, so an operator moves the load along the beam by pushing it; there is no hand chain or motor drive. Nothing has to be wired or plumbed to use it. In exchange, travel depends on operator effort, so it works best over short, occasional moves.

Will it fit the beam I already have?

Warranty

All Bison products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Bison will repair or replace defective parts at no charge (installation excluded). A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before returning any product; items must be shipped freight-prepaid with a written description of the issue. Items returned outside the warranty scope are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. Customized items are non-returnable.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
