FAQ about this model

What is the load capacity and load center for the EB14C-138?

The EB14C-138 is rated for 3000 lbs at a 20 in load center. If your pallets carry loads centered further out than 20 in, actual safe capacity will be lower than the rated 3000 lbs, so check your load dimensions against this spec before ordering.

How high can this stacker lift, and how tall is it retracted vs extended?

Maximum lift height is 138 in. The mast measures 94.2 in lowered and extends to 166.9 in. Check your door heights and ceiling clearance against the 166.9 in extended mast height, not just the 138 in lift figure, since the mast itself extends above the fork height.

Will this stacker fit through our aisles and doorways?

Overall length is 73.7 in, max overall width is 61 in, and turning radius is 57.5 in. The adjustable legs run from 35.4 in to 51.2 in wide, so you can narrow the straddle legs to fit tighter pallet or rack openings within that range.

What power system does it use and is a charger included?

It runs on a 24V/85Ah battery with a 2.2 kW lifting motor and a DC drive motor. An internal charger rated 24V/10 V/A is built in, so no separate charging unit is needed to recharge the battery.

What are the fork dimensions and how much can they be adjusted?

Forks are 45.3 in long and 4 in wide each, with fork spacing adjustable from 8.7 in to 32.1 in to match different pallet widths. Lowered fork height is 2.6 in, which is the ground clearance when the forks are fully down.

How much does the unit itself weigh, and what are the wheels made of?

Service weight is 1470 lbs. Wheels are polyurethane and the frame is heavy-duty steel construction. Factor the 1470 lbs unit weight into your floor loading or lift-gate capacity calculations separately from the 3000 lbs load rating.
