FAQ about this model
How much weight can this stacker lift, and how high?
Rated load capacity is 2640 lbs and maximum lift height is 145 inches, measured at a 24-inch load center. The load center matters: the rating assumes the weight of the load is centered 24 inches out from the fork face. Loads whose weight sits farther forward than that place more strain on the mast than the rating allows.
How much overhead clearance do I need?
Plan for at least 167 inches of overhead clearance, which is the extended mast height at full lift. Lowered mast height is 95.7 inches, so the unit travels under most standard door headers with the forks down. Check both figures against your lowest obstruction, including sprinkler heads, lighting and ductwork, not just the ceiling deck.
Will it fit my aisles?
Turning radius is 52.6 inches, overall length is 70 inches and maximum overall width is 61 inches. Width is not fixed: the straddle legs adjust from 45.7 to 59.1 inches, and running them narrower reduces the footprint. Measure your tightest aisle and any pinch points at rack uprights and door openings before ordering.
How is it powered and charged?
It runs on a 24V/50Ah lithium battery and the charger is built into the unit, rated 24V/15A. That means no separate charging station or battery-swap area is required, only a suitable outlet where the stacker is parked. The same pack drives the 2.2 kW lift motor and the 0.75 kW drive motor.
What pallet and load sizes do the forks handle?
Forks are 45.3 inches long and 4 inches wide each, and overall fork width adjusts from 8.3 to 33.5 inches to match different pallet entry spacings. Lowered fork height is 2.35 inches. The forks also side-shift, so you can line up with a pallet or rack opening without repositioning the whole machine.
Who is this stacker a good fit for, and who should look at something else?
It suits indoor operations that need high stacking with moderate loads and short travel distances. It is walk-behind, with driving speed of 4.0 km/h laden and 4.2 km/h unladen, so it is not intended for long runs across a large site. It is a straddle-leg design, so loads must fit within the 45.7 to 59.1 inch leg span, and its 1495 lb service weight should be checked against mezzanine, dock plate or trailer floor limits.
