The frame is steel, the wheels are polyurethane, and the controller is a Curtis Instruments unit. Polyurethane wheels are intended for smooth, level indoor floors rather than broken pavement or gravel. It is a pedestrian-controlled powered industrial truck, and OSHA requires that operators be trained and evaluated before using equipment of this type.

Warranty

EKKO 3-Year Limited Warranty. EKKO covers the frame, forks and mast for three (3) years. Electrical and drive components — including the transmission, weldments, traction motor, steering (SBW) motor and decoders, wheel controller and charger — are covered for one (1) year. Where equipped, lithium battery packs carry a five (5) year warranty against defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, improper storage and labor.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
