FAQ about this model

What is the load capacity and where is that rating measured?

The EB12E is rated for 2800 lbs at a 24-inch load center. If your pallets are longer or the load is off-center beyond that distance, effective capacity will be lower, so check your load center before ordering.

How high can this stacker lift a pallet?

Maximum lift height is 119 inches. Lowered fork height is 2.35 inches for slipping under standard pallets, and the mast extends to 154 inches overall while retracting down to 92 inches when lowered, which matters for overhead clearance in your building.

Will this stacker fit through our aisles and doorways?

Overall length is 70 inches and max overall width is 61 inches, with a turning radius of 52.6 inches. Fork length is 45.3 inches, and overall fork width adjusts from 8.3 to 33.5 inches to match different pallet widths.

What power system does the EB12E use and does it need special charging equipment?

It runs on two 12V/100AH batteries with a built-in 24V/15A charger, so it plugs into standard outlets without a separate external charger. The lift motor is 2.2kW and the drive motor is 0.75kW, giving laden travel speed of 4.0 km/h.

How much does the unit itself weigh, and is it walk-behind or ride-on?

Service weight is 1450 lbs and it's a walk-behind unit with electric drive and electric lift, not a rider. It's built for warehouse, stockroom, and light industrial applications where an operator walks alongside the machine while moving pallets.
