Kenco Backpad 4" x 15" for PH30000 Pipe Hook Constructed of quality elastomer polymer and a metal back plate to prevent slipping on pipes and damage to pipe surfaces while pipe manipulation. Ideal for rigorous pipe work, the backpad mounts quickly and is built to last for permanent usage.

Product Overview

The Kenco 4″ x 15″ Back Pad is a long-lasting, heavy-duty back pad that replaces the worn-out pads on the PH30000 Mechanical Pipe Hook. The back pad provides a solid, reliable surface for the hooks to make contact with the pipe, as well as preventing the pipe and hook from wearing out due to friction caused by constant handling and lifting of heavy pipes. The back pad is made of a durable, flexible elastomeric polymer blend that is bonded to a metal backing plate. This combination of materials produces an excellent gripping force which prevents the pipe from slipping or falling out of the hooks when being lifted, and protects the pipe and hooks from continued wear and abrasion. Due to its high level of durability, it can be used continuously in a variety of harsh work site conditions; however, it will reduce slippage and increase the safety of operation when lifting heavy pipes. This back pad is easy to install and is precision manufactured to fit the PH30000 mechanical pipe hook. Replacing the pad will ensure that the PH30000 maintains peak performance and extend the life of the pipe hook, and minimize the downtime required to perform maintenance on the tool. Regular replacement of the pads also help improve the quality of the lift cycle.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
