Product Description

With a lightweight design and efficient operation, the FH Series allows for maximum productivity without the hassle of pre-poured foundations, making it the ideal choice for companies looking to increase their material handling capabilities. Built for versatility and durability, this jib crane is ideal for use in open spaces, multi-station workflows, and outdoor applications.

No Foundation Required

The FH Series, however, bolts directly to an existing concrete surface as long as the concrete meets the minimum requirements of 6” thickness and 3,000 psi compressive strength, eliminating the need for an extensive foundation like what is required for a traditional jib crane. It saves time and money, which makes it well-designed for retrofitting current workspaces or increasing lifting power in open settings.

Smooth and Precise Operation

Its 360° rotating rolled steel I-beam comes with a tapered flange that give smooth trolley travel (even when fully loaded). To not over-travel and enhance operational safety, removable safety end stops are included. Base plate is 48” or 54” in diameter give a solid foundation whilst, the Bolt circle (44” or 50”) locked down.

No Special Installation Requirements

For FH Series installation, make sure that the concrete has no cracks, seams, or delaminations in a 10' x 10' square where the base plate will be placed. Soil psi must withstand 2,500 psi and the spread of the foundation is:

Foundations: 

• 10’ or less span: 10’ x 10’ foundation
• 11’ to 12’ span: 11’ x 11’ foundation
• 14′ to 16′ span: 12′ x 12′ foundation

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
