Vestil Bulk Bag Filling Station (BBL)

BBL-OC-4 A bag lifter is an effective addition to many industrial settings. Constructed of steel, the lifter is able to withstand the weight of heavy loaded bags with ease. The open center enables quick access to the bag and the goods secured inside.

The hook design has a built in raised lip to prevent bag slippage during lifting and transporting. BBL-OC-RK-A The additional arms make lifting and hanging bulk bags more secure. Constructed of steel, the arms connect with an open center bulk bag lifter.

The arms are able to withstand the weight of heavy loaded bags with ease. This design supports loads by lying evenly across the top bars of a storage rack (available separately). Arms allow the bag and lifter to hang steadily with limited movement or jostling.

Hardware included. BBL-RK-72 Bulk bag lifting rack provides support for lifting heavy bulk bags. Built in fork pockets ensure quick transference between areas.

The outside design enables the rack to be stacked for a more efficient storage use. Sturdy steel construction provides the rack with strength and stability. BBL-B001 The bulk bag lifter, arms, and rack combination provides the user with an array of choices during the lifting process.

FAQ about this model

What load capacity does the Vestil bulk bag filling station handle?

All four models in this BBL line are rated for 4,000 lb capacity. That figure applies whether you choose the open-center lifter, the rack-arm version, the 72-inch rack, or the combination kit, so capacity does not change based on which configuration you select.

What models are available and what's the difference between them?

There are four models: BBL-OC-RK-A (open center with rack arms, $123.53), BBL-OC-4 (open center, 4,000 lb cap, $237.45), BBL-RK-72 (rack version at 72 inches height, $1,240.76), and BBL-B001, a kit combining all three of the above for $1,973.54.

Is buying the kit cheaper than buying the parts separately?

Yes. Purchased individually, BBL-OC-4, BBL-OC-RK-A, and BBL-RK-72 total $1,601.74, while the BBL-B001 kit that bundles all three is priced at $1,973.54. Check current pricing before ordering since the kit price shown here may reflect additional components beyond the sum of the three individual models.

Where is this equipment manufactured?

It's made in the USA by Vestil Manufacturing. All four BBL models share this same origin, so sourcing is consistent whether you buy a single lifter or the full kit.

What warranty comes with the Vestil BBL station?

Vestil backs this product line with a 1-year limited warranty. This applies across the BBL model range listed here, from the entry-level open-center lifter to the full combination kit.

Which model should I choose if I need extra lift height?

The BBL-RK-72 is the rack version built to 72 inches in height, priced at $1,240.76. If you need that height along with the open-center lifter components, the BBL-B001 kit bundles it with the other two models for $1,973.54.
