SF102 has increased vertical clearance due to its 24-inch tall legs and similar to SF101 in terms of capacity; both will hold 9 pairs of forks up to 96 inches long and 3 inches thick. How many forks does each rack hold?

The SF102-ITA holds 6 pairs of forks, and the SF101 and SF101BL each hold 9 pairs. Choose based on how many fork sets you rotate through. If you carry more than six pairs of attachments in one area, the SF101 or SF101BL gives you three additional pair positions in a smaller floor length.

What length and thickness of forks will fit?

The SF102-ITA accepts forks up to 96 inches long and 2.75 inches thick; the SF101 and SF101BL accept forks up to 96 inches long and 3 inches thick. Measure the shank thickness of your thickest forks before ordering, since that quarter-inch difference is what separates the two capacity ratings.

What floor space and weight should I plan for?

Footprints are 89.5 x 34 x 48 inches for the SF102-ITA, 78 x 36 inches for the SF101, and 78 x 47 inches for the SF101BL. Net weights are 475 lbs, 350 lbs, and 555 lbs respectively. Confirm your floor can carry the rack weight plus the forks stored on it.

What is the difference between the SF101 and the SF101BL?

Both hold 9 pairs of forks up to 96 inches long and 3 inches thick, but the SF101BL is 78 x 47 inches with 24-inch tall legs, versus 78 x 36 inches for the SF101. The BL also weighs 555 lbs against 350 lbs. The raised legs lift stored forks off the floor.

How are the forks kept secure on the rack?

A safety chain secures the forks during storage on these racks. The frames are built from half-inch plate steel and heavy wall tubing. That combination is intended to keep stored forks from shifting or tipping off the rack while they sit in the aisle or against a wall between changeovers.
