This collection holds 31 active parts and accessories, all from BE Power Equipment, with prices running from $1 to $1,124. That span tells you what is in it. At one end are consumables and hardware: a garden hose washer, a 1" filter washer, and 1/4" EPDM coupler O-rings (#110) sold in a 100-pack. At the other end are larger cleaning attachments, including Whirl-A-Way surface cleaners up to 30". In between sit the pressure-control components — VRT3 and other unloaders, stainless steel glycerin pressure gauges, and a 1/2" MNPT thermal valve rated 2,000 PSI and 62.7°C / 145°F — along with a 47" dual lance, a 16" WAW gun assembly, a foot actuated valve, 10" and 12" replacement wheels, a QC x MNPT fittings kit, and pump and engine oils. These are service and upgrade parts, not complete machines.
A surface cleaner is an enclosed rotary bar that holds two or more nozzles at a fixed height and angle above the deck. Because the spacing never changes, it lays down an even pass and eliminates the wand-swing striping that shows up badly on concrete once it dries. It also contains most of the spray, which matters on a lot next to parked cars or storefront glass. This collection carries Whirl-A-Way units at 14", 15", 16", 20", 24" and 30".
Bigger is not automatically better. Diameter sets how much ground you cover per pass, but the bar has to be driven by the same water your machine already produces. A cleaner sized past your pump's flow will turn slowly and clean unevenly, and it gets heavy and awkward on stairs, loading docks and small courtyards. Buyers who run a mix of driveways and tight walkways are usually better served by a mid-size unit plus a wand than by the largest cleaner they can bolt on.
Water brooms do a different job. They are a wheeled nozzle bar that rinses and pushes water across flat, already-loosened surfaces rather than scrubbing bonded soil, which makes them fast on sidewalks, drive-through lanes and fuel islands. The 16" Under Car version is aimed at undercarriage rinsing where you cannot get a wand in cleanly. If your work is mostly moving debris and detergent off flatwork, a broom will outrun a surface cleaner; if the soil is stuck to the concrete, it will not.
The unloader is the part most owners misdiagnose. When the trigger closes, it diverts pump output back to the inlet or tank instead of dead-heading the pump. A worn or stuck unloader shows up as pressure that will not build, pressure that spikes when the gun closes, or a pulsing wand — symptoms often blamed on the pump or the nozzle. Unloaders are not universal; this collection lists distinct units, including the VRT3, one for FWS25040S / TS-2021, and one for LWD, TP and RCV applications. Match the part to your pump and existing plumbing, not to appearance.
While the machine idles in bypass, recirculating water absorbs heat from the pump. A thermal relief valve dumps a small amount of that water once it reaches its trip point so cooler supply water enters. The valve in this collection is a 1/2" MNPT unit rated 2,000 PSI with a 62.7°C / 145°F trip. Do not plug or defeat one to stop a drip; a periodic discharge is what it is supposed to do.
Gauges close the loop. Glycerin fill damps needle flutter from pump pulsation so you can actually read working pressure, and a stainless case holds up better around detergents and salt. The 5,000 PSI 2.5" gauge kit with 3/8" quick connect can be plumbed inline to tell you whether pressure loss is a worn nozzle, a bypassing unloader, or a tired pump — a five-minute check that prevents replacing the wrong part.
Most downtime traces back to inexpensive items. Coupler O-rings are the usual cause of a quick-connect that weeps or blows apart under load, which is why they are sold in a 100-pack rather than singly. Inlet filter washers keep grit out of the pump valves; a $1 part protects the most expensive component on the machine. The QC x MNPT fittings kit exists because thread type and connector size, not brand, decide whether an accessory bolts up. Replacement wheels come in 10" and 12", the 12" economy wheel including a spacer.
Two different oils are listed here for two different places: high pressure pump oil (1L, 12-pack) for the pump crankcase, and 4-stroke small engine oil (minimum order quantity 12) for the engine. They are not interchangeable. Pumps generally specify a non-detergent oil, and engines specify a detergent oil to a viscosity grade; follow the plate or manual on your specific unit rather than topping off with whatever is on the shelf.
Before ordering, collect these from your machine's data plate and existing plumbing:
Treat a pressure washer as a stored-energy system. Shut the engine or motor down, trigger the gun to bleed line pressure, and disconnect supply before opening any fitting; a charged hose will move when it releases. OSHA's PPE standard, 29 CFR 1910.132, requires employers to assess hazards and provide appropriate protection, which in practice means eye protection and suitable footwear for anyone on the wand. High-pressure spray can inject through skin, so injuries that look minor still warrant medical attention. On the maintenance side, check pump oil level and condition on schedule, replace inlet filter washers before they clog rather than after, keep spare coupler O-rings on the truck, and never aim a wand at people, tires, electrical gear or unsealed building envelopes.
