Nozzles decide what a pressure washer actually does — the pump sets flow and pressure, but the nozzle turns it into a cutting stream, a rinse fan, or low-pressure soap. This collection carries 153 nozzles from BE Power Equipment, priced from $2 to $91. It includes 40° white quick connect spray tips in orifice sizes from 2.5 to 9.0, 25° tips, 0°/15°/40°/soaper sets with holder and clip, 65° chemical nozzles in plastic and brass, rotary and turbo nozzles, and 1/4" and 1/8" drain cleaning laser nozzles. Match the orifice to your machine before you order.

A pressure washer's pump produces flow and pressure; the nozzle decides how that energy reaches the surface. Narrow angles concentrate the same flow into a small area, so impact goes up and coverage goes down. Wider angles spread the stream into a fan that cleans faster over large areas with less risk of etching, striping, or driving water behind siding and trim. The 0° and 15° tips found in this collection's quick connect sets are for concentrated work — caked mud, adhesive, scale — used briefly and kept moving. The 25° tips handle general washing. The 40° tips, which are white in this catalog, are the ones most operators should reach for on vehicles, painted surfaces, and finished wood. If you keep one set on the machine, the 0°/15°/40°/soaper sets with holder and clip cover most jobs, and the holder keeps spare tips on the wand instead of in the gravel.
Spray angle is only half the specification. The second number — the orifice size — controls how much water passes at a given pressure, and it has to match the machine, not the job. Fit too small an orifice to a high-flow machine and system pressure climbs, the unloader cycles, and the pump works harder than it should. Fit too large an orifice and pressure collapses; the water lands, but nothing cleans. The 40° quick connect tips here run from 2.5 through 9.0 orifice, the rotary nozzles from 3.0 through 5.0, and the 65° chemical nozzles are 4.0. Read the rated GPM and PSI off your machine's data plate and buy the orifice that pairs with them — every nozzle chart published by a washer or pump manufacturer is built around that pairing. If you run more than one machine, label the tips. A mismatched orifice is invisible until the pressure gauge tells you.
Beyond plain fan tips, the catalog covers the specialty nozzles that most commercial users end up needing.
| Nozzle type | In this collection | What it is for |

| 0° and 15° | Included in the quick connect nozzle sets with holder and clip | Concentrated removal of stuck-on material |
| 65° chemical / soap | 4.0 orifice in plastic, brass, MEG, and long/short range | Low-pressure detergent application through a downstream injector |
| Rotary and turbo | 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 orifice | Spinning pinpoint stream for concrete and heavy build-up |
| Drain cleaning laser | 1/4" in 4.5 and 6.5 orifice, 1/8" in 6.5 orifice | Opening drain and sewer lines with a jetting hose |
| Multi-function | 3.0 Multi-Function 6-in-1, rated 3600 PSI and 3.5 GPM max | One tip switching between rinse, soap, 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40° |
Most nozzles in this collection use a 1/4" quick connect plug and are listed as compatible with most pressure washers having a 1/4" quick connect inlet. The MEG versions are threaded instead of quick connect and screw directly into a lance, wand, or manifold — useful on fixed installations and multi-nozzle bars where you do not want a coupler in the circuit. Material matters more than buyers expect. The 65° chemical nozzles are offered in both plastic and brass; brass holds up better to heat and repeated removal. The 3.0 Multi-Function 6-in-1 is specified as high-quality stainless steel or durable plastics, with a universal 1/4" quick connect, a 6 x 6 x 6 in product size, and a 0.3 lb package weight. The 1/4" drain cleaning laser nozzle with a 6.5 orifice is hardened, corrosion-resistant metal rated to 4,000 PSI and 149°C / 300°F, and fits most 1/4" drain cleaning and jetting hoses in hot or cold water systems.
High-pressure water is an injection hazard, not just a soaking hazard. A stream from a 0° or rotary nozzle can penetrate skin, and any suspected injection injury needs immediate medical attention even when the entry wound looks minor. OSHA's personal protective equipment standard, 1910.132, requires employers to assess workplace hazards and provide appropriate protection — for washing crews that generally means eye protection, gloves, and foot protection. The WaterJet Technology Association publishes recommended practices for high-pressure waterjetting that are worth reviewing if your crews jet drains or do industrial cleaning. On the maintenance side, orifices wear open with use, faster with gritty or hard water, and a worn tip loses pressure quietly while flow stays the same. Clear clogs with a nozzle cleaning wire, never a drill bit. Replace the O-ring on the quick connect plug when a tip weeps, and keep spares on the truck.
