What Makinex Builds

Makinex equipment covers the work that happens between the big machines: moving material where an excavator will not fit, powering tools where there is no service on site, breaking and stripping floors, mixing bagged product, and washing down. Nothing in the line is a full-size lift or earthmover. The machines are sized for one or two operators, and several are battery-electric versions of tools that are normally gasoline or hydraulic. The Range, Family by Family

Mini Dumpers

Four models. The HG E2000 is the largest, rated at 2,000 kg load capacity with one-pedal electric drive, up to 12 hours of runtime on a full lithium charge and a 2.5-hour charge from 20% to 80%. The E1000 Super Push Hydra carries 1,000 kg on a 24V, 120 Ah lithium pack, drives 0–6 km/h forward and 0–3 km/h in reverse, and tips hydraulically. The E1000 Hi-Tip matches that 1,000 kg / 400 L capacity but unloads up to 125 cm high, which is what lets it empty into a bin or truck bed instead of onto the ground; its footprint is 2,050 x 850 x 980 mm. The H1000 is the gasoline model for sites where charging between shifts is not practical.

Generators and Portable Power

Engine and weight data we hold: the GEN-23P-MS-240 runs a Vanguard 40.0 HP EFI gasoline engine, weighs 573 lbs net and is rated 72–78 dB from no load to full load. The GEN-23P-MS-480 uses a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-twin OHV. The GEN-32P-US-V2 runs twin Honda GX690 engines with electric start, a 50L (13.2 gallon) tank, 28,000W max output and 772 lbs dry weight. The PPB-6-15-US Portable Power Box and MCP-6-SS-US Mobile Charge Pod handle distribution and charging rather than generation.

Powered Hand Truck

The PHT2-140 is a self-powered hand truck, and most of its usefulness comes from what you bolt to it. We stock the PHT2-GS-00 glass sucker for panel and glazing work, PHT2-FA-00 forks, PHT2-SF-00 strap frame, and PHT2-SA-00 sling attachment. Buy the base unit once and change the front end by task.

Breaking, Stripping and Tile Removal

The JHT jackhammer trolley takes the operator's weight off a breaker for horizontal work, with the JHT-VA-01-00 vacuum attachment and the WCUS-420 flippable wide chisel available separately. Dust capture matters here: OSHA's respirable crystalline silica standard for construction requires engineering controls when breaking or cutting concrete. Tile removal is covered by three smasher heads — TSHC-HS-US-V2 for Hilti breakers, TSHC-SS-US-V2, and TSH-SDS-PLUS — plus the VS-125-US walk-behind floor stripper for larger areas.

Mixing, Washing and Water

The MS-100 Mixing Station handles up to 4 bags and is sold both without a mixer and as a complete kit with the MS-M-US mixer; the MS-150-US is the larger station, and MS-04-00 is the replacement bucket and lid. Cleaning runs from the DPC-2200 (2,200 PSI) through the DPW-2500 to the DPW-4000 dual pressure washer, listed in horizontal (HU) and vertical (VU) configurations. The H2G-14 Hose 2 Go pump covers site water transfer.

How to Choose

For generators, start with voltage, not kW: if you have 480V three-phase tools, the choice narrows immediately to the 16kW, 23kW or 32kW 480V units, and only then do you size for load. For dumpers, the deciding question is charging access and emissions — electric E1000 and HG E2000 models run a full shift and suit indoor or occupied sites, while the H1000 refuels in seconds. Between the two E1000 variants, pay for the Hi-Tip only if you are discharging into something raised. If you are moving discrete loads — glass, appliances, palletized goods — rather than bulk spoil, the PHT2 hand truck does the job in less space than any dumper.

Parts, Attachments and Ownership

Attachments and wear items are stocked as separate line items — chisels, tile smasher heads, mixing station buckets and hand truck front ends — which is why the catalog spans $30 to $94,119. Heavier units ship by freight rather than parcel: the GEN-32P-US-V2 alone is 772 lbs dry and the GEN-23P-MS-240 is 573 lbs.
