The EOSLift TAD35 Scissor Lift Cart is a heavy-duty double-scissor lift table that is manually operated to perform a variety of industrial material handling tasks; including the lifting, placement and movement of heavy materials and products in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and fabrication shops. This cart provides a maximum load capacity of 770 lb and will elevate loads up to 62.4 inches in height utilizing a heavy-duty reinforced steel frame along with polyurethane casters for smooth movement. A number of built-in safety features are included along with a reliable hydraulic system to help improve the ergonomic conditions of a work environment and reduce worker strain when performing repeated lifting tasks.

How much weight can the TAD35 hold?

The rated capacity is 770 lb. Weigh your heaviest load including any pallet, tote or fixture and keep the total under that figure. The cart's own service weight is 236 lb, which is worth knowing for floor loading and for anyone who has to move it over thresholds or onto a truck. Do not load above the rated capacity.

How high does it lift, and how low does it go?

Raised height is 62.4 in. and lowered height is 17.1 in. It uses a double scissor mechanism, which is how it reaches 62.4 in. from a compact frame. Check the lowered height of 17.1 in. against your loading point: the table cannot start below that, so it will not slide under low fixtures or pick up from floor level.

What is the size of the platform?

The table measures 20.5 × 39.7 in. (width × length). Compare that against the footprint of what you carry. Loads that overhang the sides can still be handled if they are stable and centered, but the load should sit within the platform as much as possible so weight stays over the scissor mechanism rather than at the edges.

Does it need power or an air supply?

No electrical supply is needed. The table is raised by pumping, and the specifications list 53 strokes to reach full height, with no motor, battery or air supply listed. That means an operator works the pump by hand for each full lift, so the cart fits intermittent positioning work better than continuous high-cycle lifting through a whole shift.

What kind of casters does it have?

It rides on polyurethane (PU) casters, Φ5.9 in. Polyurethane rolls on smooth indoor floors such as concrete, sealed concrete or tile and is non-marking. At 5.9 in. the wheels are relatively small, so the cart works best on flat, clean surfaces; debris, cracks, ramps and door tracks will be harder to roll across.

Who is this cart not right for?

It is not right for you if your loads exceed 770 lb, if you need to pick up from below 17.1 in., or if your loads are much larger than the 20.5 × 39.7 in. table. It also is not suited to rough or outdoor surfaces given the 5.9 in. casters, or to constant repetitive lifting, since each lift is pumped by hand.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
