Manufacturer Warranty: 2 Years (parts & workmanship, residential use, continental US).

YardBeast warrants its wood chippers, chipper shredders and log splitters against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Engines are covered separately under the engine manufacturer's warranty (e.g. Kohler® Command Pro, typically 3 years commercial).

Wear items and normal maintenance parts are excluded. US-based parts and support — contact info@vovlift.com for warranty service.

How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, starting the business day following the date the order was placed. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days (starting the business day after shipment).
